Huntsville Dental

I had an implant on my front tooth and just had the new crown put in. Big shout out goes to Elizabeth! She was my dental assistant that helped with installing my new crown. She took care of me for several visits and kept me informed on everything going on. Elizabeth was very kind, personable and had a gentle touch. Most importantly she was highly knowledgeable and skilled at her job. She worked very well with Dr Denny. Dr Parker James saw me originally the day after my front tooth broke off. He is not my regular dentist but he was great. I was so happy he could get me in right away! Dr Denny and Parker James are both excellent. Way to go to all the staff at Huntsville dental. I am very pleased and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

By far the greatest dental experience I have ever had! I never leave reviews on these kind of things, but I had to say something. I was met with the kindest dentist I’ve ever met. She was super friendly and positive, answered any questions or concerns, and made my dentist experience super positive! If I could remember her name I would shout her out personally. Thank you!

Went today and was impressed by the staff. I feel like their prices for crowns are higher than the competitors, but overall my cleaning was thorough. Additionally the dentist was very professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. I will be keeping them as a dental office for years to come. I left Balmoral dental because they kept charging me fees, throwing in gingivitis cleaningsat 150 a pop and I couldn't get people on the phone. Huntsville dental is way better in that regard and they are very communicative. I give them my highest recommendation. 10/10 ⭐

At the time services were rendered, I maintained active dental insurance and paid the deductible and patient responsibility that your office presented to me. Based on the information provided by your staff, I fulfilled my financial obligation. I was never advised that an additional balance remained due, nor was I provided documentation explaining any remaining patient responsibility before this matter was referred to collections. As a professional in the dental field myself for 7 years it’s A professional courtesy to also offer discounted prices on any work so the fact that it was sent to collections instead of discussed even tho I did have active insurance and paid while I was there. The work itself was unprofessional when I suggested what to use to fix the issue and still catches floss after explaining that them before I left. This is why I don’t let dentist fresh out of school do my dental work.

I went to have a crown replaced and unfortunately I got paired with someone in training. The appointments took a long time and I had to go back 2 days after the temporary crown was placed to have it redone. Those 2 appointments took over 4 hours. I was placed with the same person to apply the permanent crown and after an hour I finally saw the dentist who was able to get it seated. That appointment took an hour and a half. I had scheduled a cleaning right after that I was told was gonna take at least an hour and a half. The lady was talking about all these extra services that insurance wouldn’t cover that I could choose after they evaluated me. I told them I had a person coming for an interview and that I just wanted a basic cleaning. That made her upset and that if I couldn’t stay for it then I would owe them $75 for the appointment. The crown was already very expensive even with good insurance and I did not desire to pay even more just to be able to get a cleaning that is covered by my insurance. Money seemed to be the biggest factor involved in their practice. The dentist and staff were all friendly. When I did not desire to stay and pay more money that changed very quickly.
