My experience was phenomenal! If I could give 100 stars, that’s what they deserve. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. They had a new patient welcome board, gave me a tour, and even presented me with a gift. The entire staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I came in with low self-confidence because of my teeth, but I left feeling hopeful, confident, and comforted with the treatment plan they created for me. Dr. Denny was absolutely amazing. She was not only beautiful inside and out, but she made me feel so reassured and kept telling me, “We got this.” Her assistant who took my X-rays was just as wonderful. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood every step she was amazing after the planned I was introduced to another lady that would be doing my cleaning she was amazing. I truly appreciate you ladies. I will definitely be referring everyone I know. Simply amazing — the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is smiling, and it shows!

I had a consultation for some extensive work I need done. I loved how caring everyone is and the steps that are taken and explained to assist individuals like myself who suffer from dental anxiety. The dental assistant was one of the best individuals in a medical setting I have ever encountered she LISTENED which not a lot of people do anymore it made me feel heard and appreciated. Dr. James is great I loved how he took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood what was going on and why certain things needed to happen with my teeth, he was also very light handed.

My 1st visit - Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr. Denney spent time with me "getting to know her" and explaining all bout the work I need to have done. I am very impressed and happy to have found this practice.

Dr. Denny and crew do an excellent job. The assistants are friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Denny is honest and intelligent, with good judgement. Her crew from front desk to hygienist are all very good at making you feel comfortable. Excellent work friendly people that know their job! Would not go anywhere else!

This office was amazing under Dr. Murphree, but it’s not the same since he left. I gave it a few years to see if things would improve, but unfortunately they haven’t, and I will not be back. The biggest issue is the lack of time spent with patients. Visits feel rushed and impersonal, like you’re being herded through as quickly as possible. It often feels more about the dollar than about patient care. The attention and concern that used to make this office stand out just isn’t there anymore, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have changed.
