South Alabama Orthodontics

Having had two daughters treated by both Dr. Langley (one so long ago it was actually his very first full patient with the practice!) and Dr. O'Neil, I had no doubts who to call when I myself found I may need a possible orthodontic procedure recently. The staff at South Alabama Orthodontics have always been nothing but kind, professional, fun, supportive, and knowledgeable. Their participation in the communities they serve goes above and beyond what is normally seen by a medical practice, yet it seems second nature to them. In my profession, I come across a lot of different types of people and their staff are truly some of the best! Whether they are treating with a normal orthodontic routine (my older daughter), developing innovative ways to treat a "different," more challenging scenario case (my younger daughter - the process Dr Langley came up with was AMAZING!) or coming up with ways to settle the worries of an adult patient, I can't imagine recommending any other practice more. Look no further than SAO - great treatments, but you'll leave with lifetime friends!

Working with South Alabama orthodontics has been the most positive experience I have had with any form of Healthcare. Dr. Langley and his team genuinely care about their patients and they have fully earned our trust. We started our journey with SAO, 10 years ago. My son had multiple issues with his teeth ranging from spacing issues, teeth not coming in, teeth being in his sinus cavity, and very thick gums. Dr. Langley took one look at him and committed to making a change. Today, we’ve just had his second set of braces removed & we couldn’t be more pleased! This practice is full of kindness, sincerity, and a true dedication to patients. If I could rate them a million stars, I would!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with the doctors and staff at SAO! They’ve made the braces process easy and enjoyable. Our daughter LOVES her new smile!
