It was incredibly important to me that my children receive care tailored specifically to their individual needs — not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. The team goes out of their way to make appointments enjoyable, and somehow they’ve made orthodontic visits something my kids actually look forward to! Recently completed just over 2 years of wearing braces as a result of a desire, at 71 years of age, to improve the condition and alignment of my teeth. I was referred to SAO and Dr. Langley; and I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with the decision. From the front office, to the dental assistants to Dr. Langley, it was all courtesy, professionalism and joyful visits. There was not a moment to regret as everything was done with care; very reasonable fees and a great selection in payment plans - interest free! An immaculate facility and atmosphere. If you are in need of orthodontic services or know someone who does, you would remiss not visiting SAO and taking advantage of their complimentary visit.

Most unorganized place I've ever been to. They only have one or two doctors that float between all their locations. I live almost to Mississippi but have to come all the way to Fairhope just to get a small fix for my daughter's permanent retainer. On top of that, the appt took nearly three months to setup. It's outrageous! My son recently got braces but I certainly didn't come here again, we went to Dr. Oliver on Grelot. It has been such a better experience than the years we've had to deal with SAO! So so glad my daughter is done with this place! Ugh
