Johnson Orthodontics

We visited 2 other well known orthodontists before going to Johnson. Upon leaving their office, I knew this was where we’d end up going and after our first appointment, which is a big one, I’m glad it’s the route we chose!

The staff is very polite and professional. But I was quoted $50 for a replacement retainer 5 years ago and today they told me it is now $175 for the same service. Only 5 years difference and suddenly they have to triple the price of a replacement. I’m taking my business elsewhere because there are many places that offer a replacement for way cheaper. If you wanted to keep your customers coming back and recommending the service to others, you would at least grandfather them in for the price you quoted them. Like they don’t make enough money….. right. It’s ridiculous and this will hurt your reputation.

Sybil is the best! Further more, the team is always so nice when I visit. Very clean space and very good vibes.

I’m a current patient here. The braces were cheaper than Limbaugh, my care has been good so far, and everyone’s very nice, but today I had a cavity filled and my dentist told me that Johnson had put a bracket *over an existing cavity* which calls for some concern in ways of proper attention to detail. Also not a fan of the whole ‘patients in a row’ layout.

We consulted for my 10 year old son’s treatment, and were able to have his braces placed on the same day, which he loved! Dr. Johnson did a great job explaining everything during the consult, and Haley worked her magic and placed the braces quickly and beautifully. She also did a great job explaining to him how to care for his teeth with braces. They are all so nice and genuine, and made the whole process a breeze.
