Johnson Orthodontics - Waukee

We’ve been seeing Dr Johnson for close to a year now. The staff are some the kindest you’ll find, they are extremely flexible and well organized. We would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Johnson; we’ve got two kids and 1 adult working with them and it’s been a fabulous experience. Not to mention the facilities are immaculate, they even have a small coffee and water bar for waiting parents which I love from a customer experience standpoint. Keep them out!

We switched to Johnson Ortho at the recommendation of one of my coworkers who had heard me complaining about our old ortho place. I wish we would have switched earlier! It had been SO amazing, and they are so responsive and the head even gave my husband his cell phone number in case we had any emergency ortho things come up. I would HIGHLY recommend, and tell everyone I can to come to Johnson Ortho!

We had a wonderful experience at Johnson Orthodontics! My son went in for his consultation today and walked out with braces the very same visit. The entire process was smooth, seamless, and incredibly efficient. The team took the time to explain the treatment plan and review the cost estimate clearly before getting started. Once everything was finalized, they were able to place his braces right away. From start to finish, the whole appointment took about an hour, which was impressive. As a fun bonus, the kids got Dippin' Dots on the way out, and they were absolutely thrilled! It was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more positive. The staff was friendly, organized, and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience and would definitely recommend Johnson Orthodontics!

I had two kiddos get their braces here and they did such a great job. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and BOTH of my kiddos got them taken off early. I will definitely be taking my youngest here for his braces as well!!
