The staff is amazing, starting with the front desk , very polite , professional and respectful. Doctors are very helpful, knowledgeable and they are very clear on recommending on the right treatment for you . When I started the journey towards improving my smile, I couldn't even look at people on the eyes , after the treatment and a couple of adjustments I can tell the difference, my self confidence when to the roof . Awesome team !!! Thank you guys . I went to Bubon Orthodontics when I was in high school and I always felt very well taken care of. If a bracket or elastic needed to be fixed the next appointment was easy to book. That was ten years ago, now my younger siblings go to Bubon for their braces and it hasn’t changed. They feel very safe and they always speak to them nicely. They really enjoy the tea’s in the lobby, too! I definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to get braces.

I love the ladies at bubon they are so genuine and understanding. I believe my girl that always helps me is Cassie but I could be wrong either way they have great attitudes and the office is nice and clean! Fixed my teeth after getting into an accident and my teeth started to space out they gave me my smile back!

From the initial consultation all the way to the recurrent check ups Bubon has been AMAZING. Staff has always been helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured for services & any time I’ve had questions or issues the response time & appointment availability was quick & easy. I’ve gained confidence back in my smile & have them to thank for it.

We recently left our original orthodontist to come to Bubon. In the few visits I have been to with my daughter I can see they are already 1000x more in tune with their patients. The doctors communicate every step and there is a clearly outlined agenda. If something is going to cause a delay in the completion of treatment they are up front. I don't feel like I or my daughter are a burden. I am very happy with my decision.
