Great experience! I took my 2 year old for his first dentist appointment ever and it was fantastic! Dr. Patnoe is amazing with kids. My child is very shy when it comes to people he doesn’t know, but he even wanted her to carry him out after his appointment and she was so glad to. Her staff was wonderful. The office is very kid friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend anyone take their child here!

Receptionist is very rude. Was sent a referral for my child to CPD, and called to see about getting in. Receptionist grilled me like a police interrogation. Told me they were booked out 6-8 weeks, and to call other dentists. I informed her our local pediatric dentist was booked out 9 months. She then rudely told me I couldn't see both them and our local dentists, which I said was not my intention. I was saying that because our local was booked out so far, I was just fine with a 6 week wait for our child at Charleston. She kept giving me the run around, would not schedule my child and told me to pursue other other options and then hung up. Her tone was very rude the entire time when I was very patient trying to explain the whole time. Can't speak to the actual dentistry because I couldn't even get them to schedule me an appt, not because they aren't accepting new patients, but because reception was so rude. Would give zero stars if I could just for the absolute terrible customer service.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, making us both feel welcome. The hygienist was fantastic with my daughter, providing gentle care and clearly explaining each step of the process. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patnoe and her staff are absolutely amazing. They are very understanding which is important when you are treating children who don't always comply. Their facility is always extremely clean and tidy. I love how they decorate for all holidays, which also helps take my child's concentration away from their teeth and allows them to focus on the environment. A bigger perk is they offered Disney+ for my child to watch while getting his teeth clean and again, this helps ease a little ones mind while getting their teeth cleaned. I would 100% recommend this office for all pediatric dentistry needs.

Really great with kids. She took the time to sit with both of my girls and explained everything they needed to know about their teeth. They both really enjoyed talking with her. It was a wonderful experience!
