I came for my first appointment as a new patient after my insurance changed and everyone was so nice. Tatyana was so great and helpful, and usually when I get x-rays I have a hard time but she was so supportive and kind! She also gave great tips and advice for my sensitive teeth. Definitely my favorite health appointment, doctor and dentist combined.

I was extremely impressed by the capability and interactions between of all of the team members. They made me feel very comfortable, taking care to place a pillow under my head, providing warm blankets, etc. and kept me appraised of the process. Most important, the office uses the most modern of technology. The dentist was most capable, providing newer options to my dental problems, and his work was almost painless.

Do not recommend this office!! Terrible experience, arranged to have full mouth extraction with SEDATION and dentures. Received an estimate/quote and when they had me tied into chair with IV in my arm told me it would be $2000 in additional cost. They did procedure and I paid quite a bit for sedation and was awake for quite a bit of it and oral surgeon wouldn't stop, awful experience and had no compassion or bed side manner. Person doing impressions was out of the industry for twenty years and didn't know how to do impressions so I probably went in every two days for adjustments for two months before giving up and when it came time to finally reline my dentures they say it isn't covered and want to charge me an additional $1400!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

1st the office needs to be more careful with sanitation. Tab i ead asked to use was actually sticky. Dr Pearson is the best and the tech that did the cleaning top notch. However exam rooms seem to need a little cleaning. Too

I recently took my 86-year-old mother-in-law, who has dementia, to Bright Now! Dental visits can be very difficult and overwhelming for her, and we were honestly nervous about how it would go. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the moment we walked in. They treated her with dignity and compassion, took their time, and never rushed her. Even though she found parts of the experience upsetting (which is common for her), the team truly went above and beyond to help her feel as comfortable and safe as possible. It means so much to our family to find healthcare professionals who show that level of empathy and care. We are very grateful for their professionalism and heart. Highly recommend.
