I've had an appointment For months now.. Days before my appointment , they cancel and tell me to reschedule. I will definitely not be rescheduling. This office is unprofessional. Don't bother with these clowns.

Something went wrong in this clinic recently. My cleaning appointment was canceled by the clinic one day before my scheduled appointment. Here is the message I got. “We are wanting to let you know we unfortunately need to cancel and reschedule your appointment on Thursday July 9, 2026 due to your hygenist not being here we are going to cancel this appointment but please give the office a call back that way we can schedule you as soon as possible.“ l have learned that no cleaning is available for next five months!!! My July cleaning appointment is pushed to December. This is not all. This clinic charged me $250 for a two minute treatment which can be normally done with $60-80 elsewhere. This clinic used to be good, but it is about time to discontinue my relationship here.

Do not recommend this office!! Terrible experience, arranged to have full mouth extraction with SEDATION and dentures. Received an estimate/quote and when they had me tied into chair with IV in my arm told me it would be $2000 in additional cost. They did procedure and I paid quite a bit for sedation and was awake for quite a bit of it and oral surgeon wouldn't stop, awful experience and had no compassion or bed side manner. Person doing impressions was out of the industry for twenty years and didn't know how to do impressions so I probably went in every two days for adjustments for two months before giving up and when it came time to finally reline my dentures they say it isn't covered and want to charge me an additional $1400!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

The scheduling at this place is awful. Every single time I have an appointment just for a cleaning a few days before it ends up getting canceled, because the hygienist will not be there is usually the reason I'm given. This happens with my husband and son's appointments too. The next appointment is usually a month out. If I already have an appointment for in just a few days I should not have to wait a month for another one. This time I was supposed to have an appointment in 4 days. Yet again I was told that my hygienist will not be there and the appointment had to be canceled. The next appointment they have is October 23rd supposedly. So now I have to wait 3 months when I was supposed to have an appointment in 4 days. That is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all. I wish I could give zero stars.

Love this place after 20 yrs with no teeth that fit properly I finally found a dentist that knows what she’s doing, and her assistant was amazing. I would recommend Bright now dental to everyone.
