I was set to come in for my daughter’s consultation today. I scheduled her for the Tukwila office, and received a confirmation that I was scheduled there. My text message from yesterday (my 12th reminder text from them btw) said an address for the Tacoma office. Someone called me yesterday (after the 12 messages and my confirmation response) to confirm and said a very ambiguous work that sounded like it could have either been Tacoma OR Tukwila. They called AGAIN after speaking to me, I guess to see if I had any questions? I tried to get some clarification the person on the phone was extremely rude and did not answer any questions of mine. She just said “I’ll send you our address” but didn’t address my question of where the heck I was supposed to go. I ended up just canceling this appt and avoiding the headache of working with these people for the next few years.

We love it here. I got my 3rd child starting treatment with them. Everyone is great. The experience and the payments plans are great. The staff are so welcoming and my kids love them.

They text me all the time about coming in and I’ve never been there and I called them and told them about the texts and they basically said oh well they can’t do anything about it cause I’m not in their system… since I’ve never been a patient there before. Yet I constantly receive advertising texts from them

Everyone Here is amazing! The staff is very friendly and nice. Right when you walk in they greet you amazingly. The environment/office is very clean , very professional. My treatment has been going smoothly, and I’m already seeing great results. I feel comfortable and well taken care of every visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great orthodontic care!

We've been seeing them for years. I believe 2018. All three of my kids are currently or have been cared for by them. We love seeing Lana as our tech and even after changing hands to a different Dr, we are still happy to be a client. They are always so nice, remember us, joke around with the kids to make them comfortable. My kids are all happy when they leave the office and my middle sons teeth are SO MUCH better with his current treatment. Moving on to our littlest now to start hers.
