Dr. Bush and crew are awesome! They’re super friendly, genuinely curious about the patient (and parents/family), and it is a treat to have these bits of joy at an appointment. It’s a breath of fresh air to have this kind of bedside manner. Also, you will not find a more stylish orthodontist in the state! Dr. Bush always is expressing himself with his fashion - Bright colored kicks, on point suits, fun holiday swag. (WuTang holiday hoodie? Heck yeah!) Now, on the business side, their pricing is fair and better than most. I had estimates from two others in University Place who were hundreds of dollars more. The patient care coordinators here worked with me and our insurance to find an approach that is sustainable for us. Clinically, I appreciate that Dr. Bush is conservative with big actions like pulling teeth. With my child he took time to observe how the teeth were shifting and wanted to be sure it was a solid recommendation first. Even then, he told us what to expect in the future if we didn’t pull teeth to make space. My family happily recommends Dr. Bush and his team—and we wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family here. Great people, great care, and fair pricing.

Orthodontic Care of Washington Tacoma is truly one of a kind. I’ve been with this place for 2+ years now & I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know. If you are looking for a place to correct your smile, treat you like family, & schedule you at an early convenience then this is your place. I have tons of respect and loyalty for this place & I’m sure if you give them a try you’ll understand it as much as me. This place gives hospitality like no other. I’ve had times where life got busy, leaving me to miss a few appointments & instead of their crew judging & not prioritizing me, they instead chose to be understanding and prioritized my appointments so that I can be back on track. Not every orthodontist would be willing to do such a thing, but this place doesn’t stop until your smile is perfect. It is like no other!

I would recommend Dr Bush to everyone! I had a terrible experience with another ortho office which ultimately lead me to find Dr Bush and after our initial consult I found his office to be the best fit for our family. Everyone who works in the office will treat you with so much kindness and are very personable and makes sure your visit is exceptional! Hands down the best orthodontist in all of WA state, financially, efficiently and you will leave with your best smile!

Love it here! Amazing! We have been getting service for a couple years now! Underbite is gone and my daughter doesn’t hate coming here that’s a huge plus! They treat everyone like family here!
