We love Dr Bush and Cascade Ortho. I first found Cascade for my oldest daughter and since have referred family members and friends there. My oldest daughter just got her braces off and we are beyond happy with the results. My other daughter just started her ortho journey at Cascade. Everyone is so personal-able and professional plus the clinic is always very clean. So happy we found Cascade Orthodontists

I previously wrote a review regarding my unhappiness with the outcome of my granddaughter’s retainer experience. They did read my review and reached out to her mother and wanted to make it right. They are putting on a new brace for the bottom teeth (which were the ones that shifted) and giving her retainers. I want to thank the staff for doing this, it has been about a year. I think in retrospect I should have called and tried to speak to someone, but at this point I thought it would be rejected. But, I do want to commend them for their prompt response and as I type my granddaughter is getting everything done. Yes I would definitely recommend them and and any business that will make it right as they did deserves 10 stars.

Dr. Bush is the coolest orthodontist around! My braces journey has been a great experience so far, and my teeth have come a long way. Dr. Bush and his team are always friendly, welcoming, and make every appointment easy and comfortable. Can’t wait to see the end results! Highly recommend!

I waited with my friend for her orthodontist appointment after being told she would be getting her bottom braces. We arrived early, yet still waited over an hour in the lobby before she was even called back. Now it's been over two hours, and after all that waiting, he only tightened her top braces because they said her bottom braces weren't ready, which made all that waiting feel like a complete waste of time. On top of that, the orthodontist wasn't very friendly, which made for a pretty poor first impression. I don't recommend this office until they improve their time management. Keeping patients waiting this long feels disrespectful, especially when people have places to be. At this rate, I'll wither away before my friend comes back.
