Fantastic staff and experience through and through. Starting out was seemless and they were very educational the entire way through explaining what was going on and why, every check in was simple, my final day was pleasant as well. Dr Williams and Chantel are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone for orthodontic treatment needs

I have been trying to get my son in for another screening for braces and a spacer for months now. I called to make the appointment and oops she didn’t put the appointments in the system!!! This happened twice to us and the rude old lady made it my fault. Every time I call she is horrific!!!! She does not say her name and is snappy and needs to retire. Every single time she is rude. So yesterday I had to call and cancel my son’s appointment because I was physically so sick I couldn’t bring him in:( so I call at 7am explaining the situation. She immediately snaps at me and says well we don’t have any openings until October then she slams down the phone on me. WOW!!! I’m also in the medical field and WE DO NOT treat patients and their family members like crap. Ruined my whole day. Well every time I call it ruins my day. I want you guys to know that you are losing business because of that old lady!!!! We will not be making another appointment and are taking our business elsewhere. That’s a lot of money gone!!! I’m hearing a lot of this problem around town now. You need a better face for your company. This old lady is making you lose clients. We will not be back for a follow up.

My favorite person throughout my entire braces journey has been Chantel! She is incredibly gentle, competent, and reassuring. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. You can truly tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides. She always takes the time to explain things, checks in to make sure you're okay, and goes above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. I’m so grateful to have had her assisting me during my orthodontic treatment!

Lillie did a fantastic job removing my daughter’s braces. She was super sweet and made the whole experience wonderful.
