Everyone is so friendly. Becky went out of her way to make my appointment so pleasant even though I can’t open my mouth wide she did the scanner like a champ! ❤️

I would not recommend their lifetime guarantee for retainers. The staff and scheduling is awful especially if you have a child that goes to college out of state. They will not work with you in scheduling any appointments on Friday. Yes I get they are closed, but then again they do have emergency appts. Customer service is rude.

Fantastic staff and experience through and through. Starting out was seemless and they were very educational the entire way through explaining what was going on and why, every check in was simple, my final day was pleasant as well. Dr Williams and Chantel are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone for orthodontic treatment needs
