My husband is currently doing Invisalign here and a few months after having them they decide to sell their practice. Everyone is acting different since and there is no clarity on the matter on what is going on. Majority of the staff are gone too. It’s like it went from 10 to 4 people. The staff all the sudden have been rude and not compassionate about the matter at all. Telling him he can just “transfer care then”. Which we can’t do because we are already invested financially. I’m just hoping the new dentist is going to provide the right care. This isn’t anything against the previous dentist at all, but we are feeling a little frustrated. We get life happens but but that doesn’t mean staff need to be rude.

I got braces here in 2021, and even then I often felt like the priority was getting patients in and out as quickly as possible rather than providing personalized care. Fast forward to 2026: I tried to use my lifetime retainer program and was told the soonest appointment was two months out. Going two months without a retainer can mean significant tooth movement, and when I expressed that concern, I was simply told that was the best they could do. Unfortunately, the experience once I finally got there wasn't much better. They were nearly 20 minutes late bringing me back for an appointment that took about 7 minutes to complete. Between the lack of urgency around my retainer and consistently feeling like neither my teeth nor my time are much of a priority, I don't feel like the quality of care is there. I understand this may be one of the more affordable options, and sometimes you have to work within your budget. But if you're able to spend a little more, I'd recommend choosing an orthodontist that provides more attentive, timely care and respects your time as a patient.

There own employees act like they hate there jobs i was 5 minutes late to my appointment and my braces are PAID OFF they refused to take them off after I drove 4 hours just for this appointment

Edit: From two stars to one. Out of desperation I reached out to see if I could re-establish services. I was first told yes, then told no because "Dr. Brett needs to talk to you about your google review". Will be reporting this to the BBB. (: My experience with this orthodontist was less than satisfactory from early on. Having 16 chairs all back-to-back with the provider bouncing between them felt more like a factory belt than quality care. Take it a step further, I lost my retainer after two years. I called to see if I could purchase a retainer out of pocket, and despite some billing issues was granted an exception which I was grateful for. Until I found at that your "3D mold" is secondary purchase that is not mentioned or offered at time of service. That meaning I have to have a full new impression made which would include some minor shifting that would have been corrected by my original mold. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the front desk was wonderful, but I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone friend or stranger.

I really liked Shelby! She answered all my questions and was very good at what she does! Dentist was very nice but I forgot his name!
