Bret and his team are awesome! I transferred to this office last year and have had such a good experience here. They’ve always addressed my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I got my braces off today, and I am absolutely obsessed with how my teeth look!

I got braces here in 2021, and even then I often felt like the priority was getting patients in and out as quickly as possible rather than providing personalized care. Fast forward to 2026: I tried to use my lifetime retainer program and was told the soonest appointment was two months out. Going two months without a retainer can mean significant tooth movement, and when I expressed that concern, I was simply told that was the best they could do. Unfortunately, the experience once I finally got there wasn't much better. They were nearly 20 minutes late bringing me back for an appointment that took about 7 minutes to complete. Between the lack of urgency around my retainer and consistently feeling like neither my teeth nor my time are much of a priority, I don't feel like the quality of care is there. I understand this may be one of the more affordable options, and sometimes you have to work within your budget. But if you're able to spend a little more, I'd recommend choosing an orthodontist that provides more attentive, timely care and respects your time as a patient.

My husband is currently doing Invisalign here and a few months after having them they decide to sell their practice. Everyone is acting different since and there is no clarity on the matter on what is going on. Majority of the staff are gone too. It’s like it went from 10 to 4 people. The staff all the sudden have been rude and not compassionate about the matter at all. Telling him he can just “transfer care then”. Which we can’t do because we are already invested financially. I’m just hoping the new dentist is going to provide the right care. This isn’t anything against the previous dentist at all, but we are feeling a little frustrated. We get life happens but but that doesn’t mean staff need to be rude.

Dr. Brett is awesome, but his staff and billing people ARE NOT! This is what is called a braces mill. You make an appointment the. Sit in the waiting room for 30 mins will 25 other people, because they are all about money. We set automatic payments for both of our children. Both children were charged extra payments. We had to call multiple times to finally get them to refund the money for each of the extra payments. TWO YEARS later (this week) I get a bill saying I still owe 1 payment! This place is ridiculous and we will never go back or refer anyone to this office!

Just finished my entire braces journey with the team. I can honestly say it was a very positive experience and the entire care team is absolutely phenomenal. Evelyn was with me today for my braces removal and retainer fitting and she did amazing! I will forever recommend Bret Johnson and team for anyone who asks for advice on this area. Great process, great payment plans, quality care, amazing results.
