I wish I could give 1000 stars!! I had an appointment with my doctor that was rescheduled at the last minute (not by my choice) which caused a conflicting appointment time. Brett’s team literally bent over backwards to get me into my appointment to remove my braces early so I could make it to my doctors appointment. And to top it off, I mentioned during small talk that I was driving nine hours tonight so the woman working on my teeth literally stopped what she was doing, pulled up the schedule and asked if I’d like to come in at 2pm instead of 4pm! This office made a very long and stressful day a breezy one and I am so grateful! Oh, and I got my braces off today and my teeth are gorgeous!! 💛

My experience with this orthodontist was less than satisfactory from early on. Having 16 chairs all back-to-back with the provider bouncing between them felt more like a factory belt than quality care. Take it a step further, I lost my retainer after two years. I called to see if I could purchase a retainer out of pocket, and despite some billing issues was granted an exception which I was grateful for. Until I found at that your "3D mold" is secondary purchase that is not mentioned or offered at time of service. That meaning I have to have a full new impression made which would include some minor shifting that would have been corrected by my original mold. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the front desk was wonderful, but I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone friend or stranger.

“Before you read my review, please note that this office usually starts their responses with how much they appreciate feedback and then say “they cannot confirm that I am a patient.” That is ridiculous because I have called the office many times about this situation and if there was any kind of decent communication in their office, they would know exactly who I am. And since I am paying $3900 for these aligners, you would think they would take the time to find out. If this response was truly written by the doctor himself, I think he would’ve taken the time.…… Maybe…… This is just another proof that shows that they are too busy to notice their patients.” Got Invisalign installed in August and wore for 6 months. At my six month appointment when I was wearing my last aligner, I went in for an appointment to see how it was going. (It was 1/21)They told me I needed to wear them just a little bit longer to get the desired results. So they would order another set of aligners for me and it would take FOUR WEEKS to get them in. (The appointment was made for 2/18) After I drove home, I decided that I did not want to go any further with Invisalign and I called them to make an appointment to have the “buttons”removed off of my teeth. They told me they could not get me in until middle of March! Even though I already had an appointment for 2/18!! I would just have to wear these buttons on my teeth for the next month. I was not happy about that and asked them to have Dr. Johnson call me. The girl seemed very flustered and told me that she would call me back later that day. She never did and so I called the office again the next day, and asked to speak to the clinical supervisor. They would not put me through to her either but kept insisting that they could help. They made another appointment for me February 25….Which still means wearing these buttons on my teeth for a month. If I cannot get in to have these things removed off my teeth for an entire month, then it seems to me that they are TOO busy. And by the way, they advertise same day Invisalign, but that is not true. You have to wait weeks for the Aligners to come in. I have to agree with some of the other reviews; It seems like an assembly line approach, you have to wait a long time to get a needed appointment and there is no privacy. Bret Johnson seems like a nice guy but maybe doesn’t have a knowledge of what’s going on in his office

I chose Bret Johnson Orthodontics because the price was low, but I regret going here. In my experience, appointments felt rushed and impersonal, more like an assembly line than individualized orthodontic care. It regularly took a long time to be called back after my scheduled appointment time, and the office was consistently crowded, which made the whole process feel chaotic and “in and out” rather than focused on outcomes. The biggest issue was follow-through. When I left (after about 5 months), I was told I didn’t need retainers. My teeth shifted afterward, and I ended up getting retainers at a different orthodontic office (for free) and continuing my orthodontic care elsewhere because the treatment here wasn’t good enough for me. If you care about quality, long-term stability, and aesthetics, I strongly recommend getting consultations at other orthodontists before choosing this office. Saving money upfront isn’t worth it if you’re not confident in the care or results.

Got my braces done here a few years ago and it was one of the easiest and best experiences I had with quality of care and affordability, biggest perk is the retainer program. I’ve been back for multiple retainers after having my braces off and they’re amazing! Highly recommend for anyone needing braces :)
