Lillie from the South Hill location is amazing. She came in on Mother’s Day and fixed my daughter’s wire. She text back right away and was willing to make the drive and interrupt her personal time to help my family. Great asset to your team.. Thank you Lillie!!!! You are amazing!!!!

Getting braces at the age of 31 feels a bit scary but my dentist referred me to Hi5 and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are friendly, the consultation really shows how much they care; they leave you with no questions unanswered and clearly lay out your plan. Their payment options are awesome and they’re flexible. All their orthodontic assistants are friendly and highly capable. I have never had a bad experience with any of my appointments and would recommend this place to anyone. 10000/10.

So far, they have been awesome to work with! Especially with calls and making sure we were taken care of in office. Although the computer wasn’t sending reminders, they still were absolutely awesome to work with and even helped me reschedule same day due to an overlap in schedule. And they have a really ENTERTAINING and FUN TEAM =)
