Hi 5 Orthodontics - Orthodontist Treatment - South Spokane

I’m an older patient of theirs, I started with Hi5 when I was around 17 and am 21 now! I have an EXTENSIVE orthodontic history (crowding, a severe underbite, a little bit of a cross bite, the works) I have been to numerous orthodontists across Washington State and have done almost every treatment under the sun. Hi5 orthodontics is genuinely one of the best offices I have ever been to in the 12 years I’ve been at this. From working with my insurance and completely taking that off my plate, to their compassionate and understanding staff, to their doctors experience and kindness I could not recommend them enough. I’ve picked up my fair share of tooth related trauma in my time in orthodontics and no office has handled it better than Hi5. They make an effort to listen to my concerns and questions, they keep me in experienced technicians columns, they remember the things I need to feel comfortable and safe in the chair and I have never once felt like there was a need they weren’t actively working to meet. If you or your children are nervous or tend towards the anxious, this office and everyone who works there is fantastic at meeting patients where they are. They genuinely care about their patients as people, and not just toothy projects. They helped me with everything from smooth appointments, flexible scheduling, emotional support in the chair and out, surgery coordination, insurance and billing, even giving me a ride once when my car broke down. This office truly is a community that is dedicated to their larger community. Every single person you will interact with at this office is kind, professional and deeply compassionate and dedicated to care. I cannot speak more highly of a team than this!! 5 stars isn’t enough!!

My son has had his braces for a few years now & Hi 5 has been so great to him. We usually go to the North location but South is equally great.

Getting braces at the age of 31 feels a bit scary but my dentist referred me to Hi5 and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are friendly, the consultation really shows how much they care; they leave you with no questions unanswered and clearly lay out your plan. Their payment options are awesome and they’re flexible. All their orthodontic assistants are friendly and highly capable. I have never had a bad experience with any of my appointments and would recommend this place to anyone. 10000/10.

So far, they have been awesome to work with! Especially with calls and making sure we were taken care of in office. Although the computer wasn’t sending reminders, they still were absolutely awesome to work with and even helped me reschedule same day due to an overlap in schedule. And they have a really ENTERTAINING and FUN TEAM =)

Being an adult I didn’t think I needed braces and it was more for kids. Then I realized it’s just as important especially for your overall health. Stepping into the office, I was treated like I was a family member. They greeted me by name and asked me about my family. Dr. Williams and his staff listened to my concerns and always made sure I was taken care of and happy at every visit. Even after my visits, they would reach out and go the extra mile. I was in a car accident this winter and I received the kindest and most thoughtful gift from them just because they care so much about their patients. Myself and my 2 kids have gotten Invisalign and we are so happy with our treatment and results. Their office offers so many options and their office has the newest technology to keep up with the changing times. I would hands down recommend Hi 5 orthodontics to any child and especially any adult!
