Apple Valley Dental & Braces

Let me just leave this here in full detail. I call 24hrs a head to reschedule an appointment. Lady schedules me for the same day 2 hours later than my original appointment. Mind you I had asked for the next day at said time... Had 2 appointments made for that week. Didn't get a message stating the confirmation of this appointment either. Thinking my appointment was not the same day but the next I had missed... Anyways I make it to my appointment Monday have the work done that's needed and scheduled another appointment for 3 days later for x rays for more dental work... I call my job ask for that day off also make other appointments for the day since I'm already missing work... Apple valley then calls me the day before this appointment to tell me I've been removed from there scheduled appointment due to a missed appointment the week before. Just want to let others know the staff there has an apparent hard time doing there job... Basic scheduling and confirmation of appointments are something that is handled after the phone call typically, was not verified prior to appointments and literally have had to make other arrangements that are now costing me money in order to get the work I need done. I have zero respect for a business that holds a standard that's equivalent to a dumpster, so when trying to cover their own mistakes they instead of talking with the employee who did the scheduling call me and say I made the mistake which is an absolute lie...... I'd give 0 stars for this facility if I could... The hassle it's caused between having to find and schedule more appointments plus take more time off In order to have basic work done is beyond frustrating. I feel like they could have handled the situation better and have owned up to their own mistake instead of cancelling a day prior to the appointment which is very unprofessional... Not to mention the person that made to appointment hardly spoke a word of understandable English... And apparently she doesn't know what next day appointment for 10:30 means but took it apon herself to bump my appointment 2 hours ahead the same day 😂... I had asked specifically to schedule me for the fallowing day, due to a double appointment I had booked with chas health... Absolute Garbage... Hire people that can actually perform a job as simple as scheduling, and sending out appointment reminders so a confirmation can be made within a foreseeable timeframe instead of not sending one at all... Thanks for reading my review, it's a rant but man I'm pissed off, this place is trash and avoid missing your appointments because even if it's not your fault these individuals aren't hearing anything but what they wanna .. policy should never hold weight over doing the right thing. The manager there is also rude and has little respect... Not a good look.

Today was our first time going and it was a good visit. The dentist was awesome! He did really good job at explaining things to my daughter. Help her to understand. Very friendly very straight to the point. He had no mess attitude but also very nice. I enjoyed this dentist visit. You could tell he is very serious about his patients and getting them the best care. EDIT: I take back the five stars and give it a one star. After the first visit our second and third visit we're not good. I'm not sure where the first dentist went but they said he was no longer with that business. And he did an amazing job. Another dentist took over and she messed with the first dentist work on my daughter's teeth and then worked on my daughter's teeth with fillings that need to be put in. Since then my daughter cannot get floss in her teeth and her teeth are so sensitive. Including the ones that the first dentist did. They were not sensitive when the first dentist did them. But after the second dentist messed with them they were sensitive after that. And I have had nothing but bad visits since then.

Such a great experience! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming! The dental assistant who helped with my 1 year old daughter was so friendly and patient as she was crying a few times during her appointment! The dentist was great with both of my kids! Would highly recommend!

Thank You Apple Valley for such a great experience for my first two visits. I was able to make my appointments and get in within a week of scheduling. Your staff is SUPER NICE, care about all their patients and are interested in them as people. Can’t remember the dentist I met with but he was SUPER informative actually explained to me why things were happening with my teeth and educated me, THANK YOU for that personal connection. Keep up the good work and the care you show for your patients.

I had a great experience. Dental assistant RJ did an amazing job setting me up and making sure I was okay and comfortable at all times. Dr. Paul is personally the best dentist I have EVER been to, he was so fast and light with his hands I couldn't get over how efficient he was! I will definitely be recommending friends and family to you guy's. Thank you for the amazing experience!
