Apple Valley Dental & Braces

My daughter and I had a great experience friendly staff, it's very kid friendly. The environment was made for kids. My daughter normally gets anxiety and her anxiety level was not bad at all.

Our families very first encounter with the facility was late one evening, follow-up through online inquiry, with hopes of getting info. as we decided to travel 2 hours to get treatment. The Supervisor of this facility happened to be the one messaging me step by step that evening, getting enrolled. I met her in person when we travelled, the facility literally welcomed us with open, anticipated friendly arms! The supervisor raved, "I Knew you'd make it!" We felt like part of the family from the beginning. Thank you for being warm, professional, going over and beyond, even late into the night to make sure families are taken care of, seen, helped and heard. A life-long patient! Thank you with humble gratitude. Can't wait to see you again!

Normally, the staff is rude or dismissive kind of passive aggressive irritable most of the time. I guess it seems my kids feel like they don’t like them or that they hate their job or something. It used to be convenient but now it is not because they have multiple locations, they keep switching which location does what so they used to only do braces at the division location then it switched to the Market location and now it’s way deep in the valley and I got no notice so I got completely switched up on my appointments and it was a mess but beyond that today’s visit the employees were amazing. I had a gentleman actually it was two of them that worked with my seven-year-old who has extreme ADHD and has a hard time sitting still, and they were great with him and for the first time, I didn’t feel like I was being judged or looked at etc. the ladies at the front desk well one of them was rude, but that’s normal for me. I just give it straight back to them. I have multiple kids that have multiple needs as far as dental so this is not ideal for me. If you have one kid and can maneuver easily it’s a great spot but for me, it’s not.

This location delivers again and again. The staff is kind and patient. The doctors are extremely trained and the bedside manor over exceptional. I am truly thankful for everyone there helping my children with their oral health with kindness and efficiently. I know then dentist isn't fun. It's a big trigger for people but the importance of facing it is a little easier with the right people helping you.

My child had a great experience and care. Check in was polite and prompt, the dental assistant was professional and comforting and the dentist did impeccable fast work.
