I cannot say enough good things about this office! After a really upsetting experience at my daughter’s regular orthodontist (we had driven 3 hours for her appointment, only for them to put the wrong color bands on and refuse to fix it), my daughter left in tears. I started calling around, and even though many places were closed, this office went above and beyond to help us, even though my daughter wasn’t a patient. They gladly fit her in just to fix her band colors, which meant so much to us. Ian, the orthodontic assistant, was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. He made my daughter feel comfortable right away and completely turned her day around. Dr. Bean also took the time to come in, introduce himself, and personally welcome us, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was the complete opposite of what we’ve been used to, we didn’t feel rushed at all, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. They even have an amazing coffee bar for patients, which was such a nice touch! We are so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help us in a stressful moment. I will absolutely be bringing my youngest daughter here in the future. 10/10 recommend!

It’s a wonderful atmosphere. I have a lot of anxiety around dental visits, and they have really worked with me and made me feel comfortable every time. I love Dr.Bean! He is a great orthodontist and person!

I completed Orthodontic treatment with Dr Bean in June. He and his team are patient and kind. We reached my smile objectives too! I am very happy!!

Dr. Bean and staff are awesome. They are friendly and informative and my kid’s crooked teeth (that he inherited from me!) are getting straighter every visit. Our whole family uses the dentist side here as well and we have all had great experiences.

I took my daughter in for an orthodontist consultation. Lauren walked us through every step of the way and was the absolute sweetest! Dr Bean explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions. Not only did we decide to move forward with braces but they were actually able to get her in the SAME DAY!! We live about 3 hours away so being able to save an additional trip meant the world to us! The staff was INCREDIBLE and the complimentary coffee bar…WOW!! We look forward to our orthodontic journey with Dr C and all of the staff!
