Prioritized elective billing over their own suggested advice AND my children’s urgent medical needs. (Their words) I am writing this to warn other parents about the priorities at this practice. I have three children who are patients here. The office sent me a treatment plan in writing that explicitly stated one child had an urgent medical need, while my other two children had non urgent needs that the dentist estimated could wait another 1 to 3 years. Based on their own medical advice, I contacted the office and requested that we delay the non urgent work to prioritize the child who needed immediate help. The office ignored this request. Instead, they proceeded to perform the expensive elective work on the two children who could have waited, while leaving the child with the much more urgent medical condition at the back of the line and untreated. It is alarming that a healthcare provider would ignore a reasonable, documented request from a proactive father. When I explicitly asked to pause the non-urgent work to compare quotes, they effectively cut me out of the communication loop. Instead of respecting my request to wait, they bypassed my objection and worked exclusively with the other parent to rush through these expensive, elective procedures immediately ignoring their own medical triage just to secure payment first… the one child that they said needed it still doesn’t have any work done either. By doing this, they delayed critical care based off their own admission for the one child who actually needed it. If you are looking for a dentist who prioritizes patient health over filling their billing schedule, I cannot recommend this place to any family.

Well, i wish i would of spoken to someone when it came to billing, see i had 2 different insurances one for sure to cover all the cost. However when they went to try to get this approved they made it as if my daughters braces was not a necessity ( which it clearly was) so it got kicked back by the insurance. Which is crazy due to the 2 kid is know only wanted a gap closed in they mouths and got it fully covered, but with both my insurances it was large amount for a fixed income. I was told 5k after getting 2k from the insurance. So now I'm on the site trying to pay, which if you do not have the full past due balance then you do not get to see dr. I feel the intake lady who does the finical is snaking people into paying out of pocket, when my insurance said it got kicked back due to her coding. The staff in the back are amazing, barley see the drs. SO I GUESS IF YOU ON FIXED INCOME AND WORKING... DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Dr. Paventy is wonderful. My 9 year old has braces put on and his teeth are looking great. I like their payment plan option, it’s easy and affordable. The whole office is filled with nice people and the doctor is wonderful with children.

We love Dr Paventy and his team. They have been great to work with. Fair cost, great communication, and kind staff. We will be bringing more of our kids here as the need for braces arises.

Customer service was great. Went in having confidence that the insurance would approval braces for my son. After leaving I was excited to get to bring my son back. Few weeks later my insurance denied the braces. I called the insurance and found that the paperwork wasn't filled out correctly. I call Dabell & Paventy asking them to fill out the missed section. After speaking with the lady, whom said it wouldn't be approved even if they filled it out, she said she was going to get it filled and resubmitted for us. After 2ish weeks Dabell & Paventy called me saying it was denied a second time. I called the insurance to be informed they resubmitted the same paperwork. Took my son for a second opinion at ismile downtown for them to not only produce the same quality customer service for them to do the correct steps to get our insurance approved. Won't recommend Dabell & Paventy, as least on evergreen going forward.
