My daughter had a wire come off of her bracket over the weekend, right before leaving town for a week. I called the office and got a response right away and they had an appointment set up within two hours. Cassie met us at the office, she was so kind and helpful. Not only did she take care of the issue, but she made sure my daughter was prepared incase the wire issue came up while out of town. Thank you, Cassie!
