Puyallup Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had such a wonderful experience at Puyallup Smiles. Dr. Wu and Michelle were both absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Michelle was especially welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Wu took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I was comfortable. The entire office has such a friendly and caring atmosphere. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and provide excellent service. I’m so glad I found this office and would definitely recommend Dr. Wu, Michelle, and the whole team to anyone looking for a great dentist!

The staff is very welcoming. Dr. Wu was incredible. Made me feel comfortable even though I hate going to the dentist. Dora was great as well. Overall, my first time there, my experience was pleasant.

I had an appointment for a full exam today at Puyallup Smiles Dentistry. Best place to go to for your dental needs! The Lead Dental Assistant Michelle brought me to a room for xrays and let me tell you, she is thee BEST. She got them done fast and pain free like a smooth operator. She made me feel comfortable being at the dentist office the whole time. The time being there I felt like I've known her forever with the conversations we had. You the best Michelle! I then had my exam done by Dr. Niko. Dr. Niko was incredibly professional and gentle. Dr took the time to explain everything while doing the exam and answered all my questions. Thanks Dr. Niko, you're awesome! The appointment ended with a nice cleaning I received from their wonderful Hygienist Ashlyn. She is the sweetest! Ashlyn really cared about my comfort. I usually get anxious and nervous but she made me feel at ease the entire cleaning. I will definitely try to keep her forever as my hygienist! Thank you so much Ashlyn! From checking in to checking out, the office manager Jasmine and receptionist Rosa were very welcoming, friendly and organized. The whole process with insurance and coordination went quick and smoothly. Thank you both! I will definitely continue my care here at Puyallup Smiles. They really set the tone for a great visit! So I told this Dentist I would get him some business as I have been going to dentist's for my whole. Had braces twice. This is the absolute best dentist ever. He has a lab and makes a crown for you the same day he tells you need a crown. So no need for another appointment he is awesome no pain either he is so good at his job. Was is and out with a new crown I've needed for many years in less then two hours. Give him a try you can thank me later. Tell him Big D sent u so he knows I'm a man of my word. They even deep cleaned me on the same side I had the crown put in . Usually it would be a few appointments as they usually send out for someone else make your crowns he does at his office one stop shopping. Go here you won't be disappointed

I have a great experience every time at this office with Dr. Shim, Dr. Nico, and Kira. I’ve had a few other assistants that I don’t remember their names, but they were great as well! Dr. Shim has been doing a phenomenal job on my orthodontic treatment so far and I have been seeing amazing improvement on my smile and I cannot wait for the final result. Dr. Nico was so kind and gentle when she did my cleaning and addressed all of my concerns with compassion. The front desk is always smiling and patient and is always willing to work with my schedule considering I live an hour away and have to drive so far and always have to be so picky when it comes time for scheduling my appointments!
