Everyone at this location is pretty awesome. I will tell you that I have not had all the best experiences here, HOWEVER, the staff bends over backwards to make it right! Dr. Bae is very candid, yet trustworthy. The office manager Joy is attentive and makes it right. Susie works a little bit of everywhere and is helpful. And then there is Rose at the front desk. Not only is she personable, but always follows through on her promises and knows what she is doing! I would highly recommend Rose, Dr. Bae, Joy, and Susie!

From the front desk. (Light skinned girl on the right, seems as though she hates her job)- If you are customer service oriented- she will make you mad. They up charge for basic dental health. My husband was there 4 different times, the time when they were supposed to do what mattered- Dr said the hygienist didn't do a good job and to reschedule another cleaning before he could pull out a tooth!? Makes no sense. So we miss work to be seen and nothing done!? Id advise anyone getting services done to double check with what your insurance covers, and read over the paperwork they send you! We have great insurance yet they still nickle and dime for unnecessary bs!! Save your time!! AND FIND A DENTIST/Office THAT ACTUALLY Cares! 0🌟 if where available! Update as of 12/7/25. My husband just advised me that the day the dentist wanted to "reschedule" a tooth extraction ( saying his hygienist did a bad tooth cleaning, so his tooth couldn't be extracted that day) as he was checking out at the front desk- His dentist left for the day..hmm now it's starting to make sense! STAY CLEAR FROM HERE!!

I made an appointment at this office because I was experiencing significant pain from my wisdom teeth and needed an evaluation and referral for removal. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, the front desk staff did not greet me, introduce themselves, or make me feel welcome. When the dentist came in, he also did not introduce himself. I was seated facing the wall, and he spoke to me from behind the chair without ever coming around to face me. I honestly didn’t even know who I was speaking with. The only thing he said when entering the room was, “What’s wrong?” After I explained that I was having pain in my wisdom teeth, he was very short and dismissive in his responses. What was most concerning was that he never examined my teeth, despite me specifically telling him I was experiencing pain. I expected at least a basic examination to ensure nothing serious was going on. He was in and out within 30 seconds. My X-rays were not explained to me, my concerns did not feel heard, and I left with more questions than answers. The entire interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional. I left feeling upset and disappointed. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and properly evaluated when they come in seeking help for pain.

Office staff and dental techs were nice enough, but Dentist himself was short and in a hurry to me and dental tech. He didn't address my concerns. Told me to "Google it". Was kinda rude when describing my dental needs, not reassuring or concerned about my feelings. I noted in my paperwork that I have great anxiety about the dentist.

Absolutely love the staff, they are always fast, friendly and accommodating when scheduling my family. We adore Doctor Bae, he is a excellent dentist, professional, friendly and respectful. My daughter's and I will continue care with Bright Now - Puyallup WA
