My son just got his braces. We have had a wonderful experience at Propper Smiles Orthodontics. Every interaction has been positive. All the staff are very kind, positive, and helpful. We actually showed up on the wrong day, my own fault, and they still welcomed us and accommodated us anyway (they happened to have an opening). The atmosphere is bright and cheery. They talk through everything they do, making my anxious son very comfortable through the process. Very professional!

I just started my orthodontic treatment at Propper Smiles, and I’m so impressed! Dr. Propp and his team are incredibly kind and attentive. He even messaged me personally to check in after I got my braces and opened the office on a Friday just to fix a poking wire so I wouldn’t have to go the weekend with the wire poking me. Him and his staff are very kind and gentle. Truly above and beyond care. I couldn’t recommend them more! :)

Seen for consultation today. Staff were incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. Pre-work for exam completed with great efficiency followed by consult with Dr.Popper. The consultation was straightforward and very educational with all options explained thoroughly and answered the many questions we had! Made the decision to move forward with treatment with trust and confidence in Dr. Propp and his practice.

Propper Smiles has been wonderful! They are very accommodating and kind. After consulting with a few orthodontists in the area, we ultimately choose Dr.Propp. He was incredibly thorough and honest with the best course of treatment for our son. The transformation of his smile a few months into treatment is incredible! We can not recommend Dr. Propp and Propper Smiles enough!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Propp and his office enough. My daughter, who is usually worried about going to the dentist, looks forward to her visits because they are so kind and patient with her. Additionally, they went above and beyond to help me with a dental issue that was not a true emergency but felt urgent to me. They are truly caring, and I cannot be more thankful for their help.
