10/10 🥹💗💗💗💗 I just finished my orthodontic treatment at Propper Smiles, and I’m so impressed! Dr. Propp and his team Genesis, Kelly, and are incredibly kind and attentive to all of my needs. Dr. Propp even messaged me personally to check in after I got my braces and opened the office on a Friday just to fix a poking wire so I wouldn’t have to go the weekend with the wire poking me. 🥹🤗💗 Him and his staff are very kind and gentle and they know their stuff! They are very knowledgeable and guided me through this entire process so it was smooth and as painless as possible! Truly above and beyond care. Kelly called me in advance when my retainers got in and she got me into the office right away to get my braces off! I am literally so thrilled with my teeth I could not be happier. As you can see they are pretty darn perfect. Doctor Propp even took his time to lightly file down my teeth to really make them look aesthetically, symmetric, and pleasing, which I am so so so so grateful for. I am never going anywhere else! My six year old daughter had her first appointment yesterday, and I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone, from the front desk to Dr. Propp were amazing!

Seen for consultation today. Staff were incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. Pre-work for exam completed with great efficiency followed by consult with Dr.Popper. The consultation was straightforward and very educational with all options explained thoroughly and answered the many questions we had! Made the decision to move forward with treatment with trust and confidence in Dr. Propp and his practice.

My son just got his braces. We have had a wonderful experience at Propper Smiles Orthodontics. Every interaction has been positive. All the staff are very kind, positive, and helpful. We actually showed up on the wrong day, my own fault, and they still welcomed us and accommodated us anyway (they happened to have an opening). The atmosphere is bright and cheery. They talk through everything they do, making my anxious son very comfortable through the process. Very professional!
