Dr Bush is an exceptionally thorough orthodontist. I had previously been told that my son would eventually need surgery as an adult to correct his underbite, but Dr Bush was able to resolve The issue using methods I didn’t even know were possible. His office is always spotless, His staff is incredibly friendly, And it’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the patients. They make you feel like part of the family!

Love this place! I made so much progress so far with my journey of fixing my underbite. Went from likely having to have surgery to only having a few months left until my bite is fixed. Fixed crowding aswell. Shoutout Dr. George Bush and his son!

What can I say about Dr Bush and his crew..first of all ,best Decision I ever made was walking through the door at Cascade orthodontist.. from the moment I walked in to ask questions about Invisalign. Dr. Bush got the ball rolling .. Everything fell in place from coordinating with my dentist and his idea what we needed to do.. The atmosphere at Cascade orthodontist is incredible. His staff very friendly like family in away.. I have finished my Invisalign commitment and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend .I do recommend Cascade orthodontist and Dr. Bush 100%… keep up the good work..

Dr. Bush and staff are amazing! They all are super welcoming and friendly; something many business lack of now days. Every time I walk in to this place the energy level, care, empathy, attention to detail, and dedication to each customer is amazing. My sister did her braces here, I am half way through my invisalign orthopedic trays, and soon my kids will be getting braces here.

Wonderful care team. Everyone is always so welcoming. Every question small or large are always answered with accuracy and to my understanding. Always able to get fitted in when it comes to emergency bracket or wire repair. Have recommend 3 other family members after completion of my services. Always able to connect when I call in. On the chance I get the voicemail I get a call back within 30 or so minutes. Dr. Bush and his team are always exceptional.
