My daughter started her ortho journey about 8 months ago with Mrs. Lori she has been awesome to work with threw this experience, might I add we’ve had a road that wasn’t easy but she always communicated every decision efficiently and timely and that is very much appreciated. Dr Anastasia is always very pleasant! My daughter actually had her braces placed on today 5/18 by Mrs.Artavia when arriving my daughter was nervous but by the time Artavia started to place the brackets on my daughter she helped her to relax, while answering all of my questions and showing patience in the moment. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anastasia and her staff. We followed her from the Redmill location to the Town Center. Dr. Anastasia answered all of our questions and explained my child’s treatment thoroughly. Her soft spoken tone made my child feel comfortable. Ms. Christine is amazing with our child who’s neurodivergent. She knew my child’s difficulties as soon as she interacted with him. Her patience, understanding, and always taking the time to explain what she’s going to do beforehand made my child feel “safe” and seen. She has this aura about her that my child is drawn to and that really made things easier for us. I highly recommend any child seeking treatment to this office… from the front desk to every ortho hygienist they’re amazing and we’re so grateful!

Good experience, friendly crew. Did feel like at times I wasnt given much information or something one person said wasnt quite the same as another, but some of that may also be on me for not verifying enough. Can occasionally be difficult to get in touch, but once you do they are quick to help you out.

After finding out I needed braces for my overbite in January I was a little nervous cause I was cared about how they’d make me look how much work they would be, but christen was amazing she was funny joking with me even tho I was very anxious I hate any kind of doctor office but she made me feel safe heard and she has a great personality and also ty to Dr ,Anastasia for being very gentle and informative I cannot wait to see my progression with my braces and I will be sad when it’s time to leave the office!!!

My son has been receiving his orthodontic work in this office and there is literally no one else I trust more than the staff here at Prime Orthodontics. My son is on the spectrum and they make sure to address all of his questions, they take their time and go at my son’s pace.
