I just switched to this practice and absolutely love it. The two dentists I have seen, Dr Kirsten Lee and Dr Christine Mc Andrew, are fantastic! I love that they are very thorough, address all my issues, and do not try to upsell with expensive things that insurance does not cover. Also, their administrative staff is fantastic! I have had a great experience with Leo and with the other personnel in Arlington. They are very responsive, helpful, and best of all, work very hard to see what is covered by my insurance and work to ensure I am not charged for unnecessary procedures. My transition from a different dental practice for me and my spouse has been great, and I highly recommend them.

The most impressed we've ever been by a dentist's office. The staff are amazing and the care is both thorough and efficient. Every interaction really gave me confidence. The office even smells nice. Might have to spring for that invisalign now that my teeth are in such capable hands.

I had a great new patient visit at this practice today after recently relocating to Arlington. I’m not sure how many people can say they are excited about going to the dentist, but I genuinely look forward to becoming a continuing patient at this practice and to my next visit. Everyone - from the front desk staff to the dental team - was friendly and prompt, and both my dentist (I saw Dr. McAndrew) and hygienist did an amazing job with their care and advice. It was the gentlest standard cleaning I can ever remember receiving, with advice focused on what was practical and needed. All my questions were answered and I appreciated having such competent and assuring care.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the whole team this week! Had my 6 AM appointment with Dr. K Lee who was incredibly bubbly and energetic, making the early morning dental appointment enjoyable. Her exam was efficient, thorough, and had no extra fluff. She really respects your time while providing excellent care. My hygienist, Janifer, was truly wonderful. She was very thorough and gave my teeth the best cleaning in years. She also provided practical advice and great options for flossing around the permanent wire behind my teeth. Finally, the front desk staff were extremely personable and helpful, especially Anna Rose. Even with the hygienist and doctor both having packed schedules, the Anna Rose went above and beyond to provide a multitude of options for my follow-up appointments. This entire practice is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Arlington Dental Aesthetics has a friendly front desk staff, and the office is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist Oh has been disappointing. I have often felt rushed during appointments. At one visit scheduled for fillings, the dentist completed the right side but said the left side was not necessary, even though I requested it. He stated he didn’t have time because his next patient had arrived and then left the room. At my most recent appointment, I reported sensitivity on my left side, but my teeth were checked very quickly and I was told there was no cavity. My concern was brushed off, and fluoride was applied instead, which only provided temporary relief. While the staff and cleanliness are positives, I expected more thorough care and attention to my concerns.
