I had a great experience at Ballston Dental Care during my 6-month cleaning today. I found parking on the street right in front of the building. Their new office is fabulous—very clean, modern, and welcoming. Krissy was ready for me right on time and did a thorough job with my X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Matney came in afterward for the exam, and as always, he was friendly and professional. The whole team is a pleasure to deal with, and they made scheduling my next appointment quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Matney and the team at BDC are fantastic! It has been the best experience I have received in the area in 15+ years. When you are in office, you have the team’s full attention. Even from my first appointment, Dr. Matney spent ample time with me to answer questions and ensure I felt comfortable! I also very much respect an office that never makes you wait! If my appointment is at 9AM, they are seeing you at 8:59! I also trusted their team to take great care of me after having my wisdom teeth removed at their office. I knew that if I had any issues, the team was reliable, checked in on me, and made sure it was a seamless experience. You receive a truly personalized experience which is rare to find in 2026!

Dr. Matney has been our dentist for six years. Very happy with the care and advice we receive. Dental hygienists and assistants are top notch and administrative staff & practices are solid with clear and consistent communication for all issues; always available to answer phones or call right back. I had two billing issues over the past six years that were resolved right away.

This was one of the most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. The dental assistant did an amazing job and took her time to explain to me my images, x-rays and scans. The dentist took his time with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. No wait when I arrived on time. I would definitely recommend.
