Advanced Dentistry

I would not recommend this dental office. My husband is currently in Arlington Hospital after collapsing following an appointment where he was turned away over an unexpected $40 balance that he was unaware of. No one attempted to work with him, make an exception, or even offer to bill him later. Instead, payment was demanded before he could even be seen or enter the door. From the moment you walk through the front door, the focus seems to be on collecting payment rather than helping patients. Based on our experience, the front office staff showed very little compassion or willingness to assist during what became a serious medical situation. The dentist himself is one of the best we've encountered, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of the front office staff overshadowed the quality of the dental care. I hope the office reviews its policies and provides additional customer service training to the front desk staff. Patients deserve to be treated with empathy and respect, especially when health is involved. 0 out of 5 DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE and stay away from this place.

Amazing. He is a wonderful dentist and nice person. He will actually listen to you, and will not order anything frivolous, unlike other dentist offices in the neighborhood (and most dentists, unfortunately). Also, lovely support staff, clean and beautiful office. This is one of the good dentists.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Hung and his team! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, and the assistant was so warm and caring that she immediately put me at ease. Dr. Hung is extremely skilled and gentle — I didn’t feel any pain at all, not even during the anesthesia! The entire treatment was smooth, comfortable, and handled with outstanding professionalism. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr. Hung is an outstanding professional. Highly recommended!

This has been my normal dentist for years. Went in to get fitted for a new nightguard. They have the 3D scanner in house so you don't have to deal with messy, outdated impressions that never seem to be as accurate.

Dr. Duong is a phenomenal Dentist with a very capable and friendly staff. The vibe in the office is calming and it all starts with his front office.The greeting is warm and they handle you with kid gloves. I'm so grateful for their care. I recommend Advanced Dentistry.
