Champlain Orthodontics - Drs. Ryan and Eaton

I called both the Saint Albans and Williston office. They were closed so I called their emergency line and left a message. I had gone here years ago, but I'm still technically a patient and had hoped they would say least take it semi seriously. But NO ONE called me back. I had my permanent retainer pop off the back of one of my teeth, so the wire was sticking out into my mouth. I was stuck for the last 5 days. I tried to wear my regular retainer over it, but every time I took it out to eat it seemed to get worse and metal kept moving and getting stuck in the retainer room it was stuck and twisted and poking me. Finally, while I tried to eat a piece of cheese it got really twisted and I tried to move it with my finger because i couldn't close my mouth. And it stabbed me in the dinner and broke off. Hopefully the rest stays on and I don't swallow a piece of old metal. I don't normally post stuff like this but I tried numerous times at numerous offices for Champlain orthodontics and emergency line and no one called back or picked up. I get if they are closed, but the emergency line? They finally got back to me and I was able to get in, so updated to 3 stars. They were good about everything when I went in, so that's a plus

Hands down THE BEST period!! Dr. Ryan and him team were excellent. He and his staff have truly become great friends. They ask about the family, we share pictures of our children. They make you feel at home.. Being a male in your late 30's and deciding to get braces can be challenging enough so Dr. Ryan and his team introduced me to Invisaline braces! When we finished the 18 aligners we noticed that a few of my teeth shifted back so they ordered me a completely new set of aligners (at no cost to me) to make sure that I was completely satisfied in the end. That required countless extra visits and work on their part that they never charged me extra for. The end result was absolute perfection. My teeth look amazing. Thank you Dr. Ryan and thank you to all of your amazing staff. They are truly great people who care very much about their patients!

These Doctors and their staff are truly wonderful!! My seven year old needs to have braces placed and they made her feel really comfortable and excited about moving forward with the process. They are very accommodating and offer generous finance options as well! Would highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs!!

Absolutely amazing place! They are so kind and welcoming! They never seem like they don't know what their doing! They also got my in for a last minute fix after hours so that I could play in my game. Thank you Champlain Orthodontics!
