I have serious dental anxiety that had prevented me from getting dental care for many years. The moment I walked into the office I was immediately relaxed. I have never felt more heard by a provider. Every step was explained. And they tailored my treatment to fit my needs while also considering the anxiety I feel. I 100% will continue to see them and I would recommend to everyone. Every person I encountered was patient, kind and educated. 10/10 recommendations!

As someone with major dental anxiety, finding a dental team that empathizes with you and gets to know you and then tailors treatment to you is incredible. I am informed and part of the whole process, start to finish. They even have a comfort menu with calming perks like a hot neck wrap or music preferences! I no longer fear going to the dentist because of Stephanie, Leah, and Dr Matt. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Kay Giulianelli was great for our son’s oral procedure. She made sure pros/cons were explained in detail and all our questions and concerns were addressed prior. She and staff were great with my son during the procedure, thoroughly explaining what was going to happen and taking breaks when needed. She made sure we had all the resources, information and follow ups post procedure and had great communication with other providers. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Giulianelli for a broken tooth, when my regular dentist was out of town. For an unexpected dental visit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Dr. Giulianelli was not only efficient and exceptionally skilled, but also had such a warm, friendly personality that immediately put me at ease. New to the area and was in need of a dental cleaning and check up. I went right to Google and was happy I did. I found Champlain Smile Solitions which had really good reviews and immediately booked an appointment. The entire staff was extremely pleasant, everyone I dealt with was very professional, from booking with Stephanie, to discussing my goals with Eve/Eva ( Sorry, names sometimes get by me) then meeting with Dr. Matt. All issues and concerns were met with a plan and detailed solutions. I highly recommend this practice and was very happy that they were accepting new patients.
