Cook Orthodontics

10 out of 10. After moving back to Utah from Vegas I was unsure where to go to continue with ortho treatment for teenage son. Somehow lucked out and was referred over to cook orthodontics. I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Cook had some outside the box ideas for child that gave better results in less time. He is truly amazing. I feel like he understands and values each patient and makes sure that the treatment solutions fit perfectly. It’s weird to say I can’t wait for my younger son to get his braces. Cause I know it will be an amazing and we will have great results for life!!

Over charged then threatened by an employee when I asked for help on a refund. I had great service by Dr Cook and the ladies during the process. It wasn't until I asked for a refund, 6 months after completing services, on the 2nd retainer set that I was attacked by the guy who called me 2 times. My insurance and I were charged for a 2nd retainer set that will not be used. A refund is not too much to ask. I asked for help on a refund of the $300 he said I wasn't charged enough in the first place so I only get $100 refunded. As if I am being punished. He was very aggressive and condescending for no reason. I went through my paperwork and found notes saying I would be charged $300 for the 2nd set. So I called the company again and explained this, I had to leave a message. Also explained how rude the guy was and asked for help again with the correct refund. He called me again today very disrespectful and threatened me that I would get No refund now. Accused me of being a problem for several months and I haven't reached out to them since January. I have always praised Dr Cook and his team, recomended them several times to friends. I asked him to explain the accusations and he got more aggressive. I asked to talk to someone higher and he said that will never happen. I asked again why he was being so rude, I said I would file a complaint and he said he didn't care, do what ever I wanted because they didn't care and now I will get no refund. I was beyond shocked at how he attacked me and he then hung up on me. I paid for a 2nd retainer at $300 and he is refusing to honor this. This is not an honorable company if this is the staff and how customers are treated. Please be ware of him.

My now 11 year old started Phase 1 of expansion/realignment about 18 months ago. I love that Dr. Cook prefers to NOT start intervention for young kids, but I also recognize my son's mouth is a bit of an outlier. We did about 12 months of expander/some brackets to make enough space for permanent teeth. My son will be the first in several generations of our family to not have permanent teeth removed due to lack of space. Phase 1 was removed three months ago, and we have at least another 9 months before braces have to go back on, but I love that we still get check ins to make sure everything is looking as it should in the meantime. Appointments are generally on time and move quickly. Staff is efficient at scheduling and making sure you're not waiting unnecessarily. It's a clean and happy place!

My experience so far has been great! I scheduled a new patient appointment the day before and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Allison took all the X-rays and pictures and was very nice. Dr Cook was great with my 8 year old son and provided great advice and treatment plan for resolving his crowding issues. He didn’t pressure us into getting any work done right away he actually advised we watch how his teeth develop/grow a little more over the next 6 months and then we can determine the best plan for success, which I really appreciated! We will be back again soon to continue the process. Thanks again!

They are amazing! Dr cook is incredible and working with his patients and doing every thing he can to help us reach our beautiful teeth dreams. I’ve really enjoyed my experience at cook orthodontics. Everyone that works there is so friendly and you never walk in without feeling very welcomed!! 10/10 stars!!!
