Dr. Mortensen and his staff are the very best. Everyone in my family sees them and it's because they are friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to work with. My son really did not want braces and within the first visit he felt much better about it. I will refer them to all my friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a friend who has had to go in multiple times to get something fixed and went in recently to try and get it fixed AGAIN. The dental assistant looks at my friend and tells them that they shouldn’t be coming in anymore because they’ve been out of braces for a few years…like hello why would they want to keep coming and wasting their time and money if they didn’t have to. The reason for the appointment was because something was not fitting and keeping their teeth straight. They told the person over the phone when making the appointment and then they asked again when my friend came in. My friend was telling Dr. Mortenson that it wasn’t sitting right and then he interrupted and said he could easily fix it and then my friend tried explaining that it was also making their teeth not straight anymore and he got irritated and said he wasn’t done explaining. Like come on man listen to your patients. Rude staff.

UPDATE! Today I came back after a few year. Kathy has help me since I was 15 yrs old. I glad the doctor is no longer affiliated with Corporate management. My experience was wonderful today! I recommend everyone to come with Kathy and Dr. Mortensen. You will have a great experience.

I absolutely love this office! My daughter’s teeth look amazing. I am a dental professional and refer to this office regularly.

Dr. Mortensen rescued us after someone else treated my daughter for a while. His work is amazing!
