The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. They are accommodating to schedules and set great expectations when scheduling on what to expect the next appointment and how long it should take. The hygienist provide great post-appointment summaries and instructions. Dr. Cook cares greatly for his patients and my child always leaves with his questions answered and is also clear on where we are in the process.

Our oldest daughter needed braces and was referred to Cook Orthodontics through our family dentist. The whole experience at Cook was seamless. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean and well organized, the process was clearly explained, and the appointments were fast. We also appreciated the multiple waiting rooms as I often brought my youngest son to appointments. Our daughter got her braces removed a few months ago and her smile is beautiful! We are very happy with the results.
