Awesome experience! Highly recommend! Really nice staff that goes way out of their way to help. The dentist and assistants were very knowledgeable and made sure I understand the process and what to do after my braces were installed. Went in on a Saturday with a small issue and found the office closed. The doctor was there and unlocked the door and asked how he could help. I told him what was going on and he invited me in and setup the exam room himself and adjusted my braces. That was great customer service going out of his way to help while they were closed. They have multiple offices making it easy to get assistance no matter what part of town I am in. If you are thinking about going somewhere else you are making a HUGE mistake!

We love this office. Linda is very helpful, Dr. Medina does a wonderful job and explains everything and all the staff is friendly. Our second child is now in braces here.

15 years later and Dr. Medina still remembered me! So sweet and kind. I needed a repair to my permanent retainer and I was in and out. So easy!

My daughter has been coming to this office for the last four years, and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Dr. Medina identified that she needed certain orthodontic procedures early on and guided us through the entire process with patience, care, and clear communication. When she transitioned into braces, Dr. Medina continued to be incredibly supportive. He always made himself available for questions, and even went out of his way to help with a broken wire after hours. It truly shows how much he cares about his patients. The staff is always warm, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walk in. They are consistently helpful and open in communicating any information or answering any concerns I may have. We are so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend Dr. Medina and his team!

What a genuinely warm and welcoming place! I had to find an orthodontist for a retainer repair as my Dr. had retired and Dr. Medina and his staff were just great. Although dropping out of nowhere as a new patient on short notice, everyone was kind an patient and I felt completely at ease. Recommend 110%
