NHD never disappoints. The doctor is always incredibly kind, and the dental hygienist does an amazing job keeping my pearly whites spotless. The office ambiance is great, and everyone there is genuinely friendly. 10 outta 10!

First of all, let me say that I had such a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left the clinic. Racquel and Cindy who greeted me with a smile on their faces was very kind and efficient. Lee who brought me back to a room was very kind and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while taking x-rays. Tammy, my hygienist was very gentle when cleaning my teeth. Tammy was very kind and respectful who provided clear explanation and provided education. My cleaning was painless. Dr. Gracie was very professional and knowledgeable with her explantations and her suggestions. Dr. Gracie was very polite and patient who allowed for any questions or concerns that I may have had before I left. Thank you to the staff for providing such great service and experience.

I originally had a cleaning scheduled for December, but it had to be postponed because my blood pressure was too high. When I called the office to reschedule the cleaning, the scheduler asked if anything had changed. I explained that I also had a tooth bothering me and might need a root canal. Instead of scheduling both appointments, the scheduler only booked the root canal, even though the purpose of my call was to reschedule the cleaning. I’m becoming disappointed with this office. Many of the hygienists have left recently, which is concerning, and the scheduling issues are adding to that concern. When I asked to correct the appointment, I was told the office was too booked, and although they could fit me in the next day, my work schedule doesn’t allow for last‑minute changes. It feels like the office may be taking on more patients than it can properly accommodate. Additionally, I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor just for him to say everything was fine and I still Didn’t get my cleaning done. They were quoting me $900+ with insurance my deductible was 50 but I think this is too much for a cleaning.I did asked by it was higher then the previous yrs they did mention prices went up. I Will be looking for another dental office not to mention I drive 30 min to get to this office it’s just disappointing. I called all the people I referred and some of which also mention the stop of follow up reminders the office used to religiously call to make sure you schedule your follow up that has stopped.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my longtime dentist at **New Heights Dental**. From the very first visit years ago, the entire experience has been consistently outstanding. The dentist takes the time to explain procedures clearly, answers all questions patiently, and truly makes you feel like a partner in your own dental health. The office itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and organized, which makes even routine visits stress-free. I’ve recommended New Heights Dental to friends and family without hesitation, and I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone else. Excellent service. Tabby is a very skilled hygienist and is very cordial. She made my dental cleaning experience very palatable. Dr Riley is also very cordial and extremely knowledgeable. He explained all my issue in plain language and is also very highly skilled. I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone seeking great dental care. Sonny
