I had an amazing experience at New Heights Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. One thing I really appreciated is that I don’t have dental insurance, but they were willing to work with me on self-pay pricing, which made quality dental care much more accessible. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and want to help. A special shoutout to Cassie, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. She made the whole experience even better and helped put me at ease. The office has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and I left feeling confident that I had found my new dentist here in San Antonio. I highly recommend New Heights Dental to anyone looking for a caring, professional dental team!

First of all, let me say that I had such a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left the clinic. Racquel and Cindy who greeted me with a smile on their faces was very kind and efficient. Lee who brought me back to a room was very kind and friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while taking x-rays. Tammy, my hygienist was very gentle when cleaning my teeth. Tammy was very kind and respectful who provided clear explanation and provided education. My cleaning was painless. Dr. Gracie was very professional and knowledgeable with her explantations and her suggestions. Dr. Gracie was very polite and patient who allowed for any questions or concerns that I may have had before I left. Thank you to the staff for providing such great service and experience.

Fast, clean, professional, upfront. This is a great place to go for newest technology and up to date care. Sebastian was great at working on my teeth and helped my husband and I out so much, really went above and beyond. Angie was great at explaining costs, and front desk was amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend.

NHD never disappoints. The doctor is always incredibly kind, and the dental hygienist does an amazing job keeping my pearly whites spotless. The office ambiance is great, and everyone there is genuinely friendly. 10 outta 10!

I have had extensive dental issues and work. I am extremely sensitive and despise cleanings. Not today! I had the best experience today with someone who understood and cared about my issues.
