The staff is wonderful at Willow Bend Orthodontics! Dr. Jones and Dr. Amerson are fantastic at what they do. Both doctors listened to any concerns I had and addressed them quickly. I especially loved working with Adara. She is so kind and sweet. I have sensitive teeth and when it came time to remove my brackets, Adara was especially gentle and patient with me. After 16 months of traditional braces (as an adult), I finally have my dream smile! I will be back with my three children to start their treatments in the near future.

Dr. Amerson and Dr. Jones are the best around. Whether you were born with unfortunate teeth like muah or caught in a bar brawl, this is the place to get your grill fixed up! The ladies at Willow Bend Orthodontics - Ana, Marissa and Amerika were wonderful and so very kind. I'm a nervous Nelly when it comes to work on the teeth and they were top notch professionals! Although I haven’t had the privilege of meeting Stephanie, Trina, Marisa, Tori, Catherine, Stacey or Adara, I know from my personal experience and numerous visits that everyone that apart of the Willowbend family is far simply “staff” but they decide to take on the humble role of serving. Very impressed with Dr. jones and ms Breanna’s bedside mannerisms as well as their explanation of what treatments my daughter needs. We’ve only been there for consultation so far and trust that the treatment will go well, based on Dr. jones knowledge, and care for my daughter. Thank you for putting me at ease. As a mom, we’re always concerned about the health of our children, and it helps so much when the provider is knowledgeable and nurturing. Highly recommend.

I had a positive experience during my initial complimentary consultation. The doctor explained my dental concerns, how treatment work, and what steps could be required. I felt comfortable with the consultation and was seriously considering moving forward with treatment. After going home and reviewing the treatment information, I had several follow-up questions. I contacted the office and asked whether I could schedule a brief follow-up visit. I was informed that an additional consultation would cost $150 for 15 minutes. Since I was not comfortable paying that amount just to clarify questions before committing to treatment, I asked whether there was another option. The staff advised me to email my questions and said the doctor would respond within one to two weeks. I emailed my detailed questions on May 26, including screenshots and highlighted areas for clarification. I followed up several times by email and called the office repeatedly over the following weeks. I was initially told that the doctor was busy. Later, I was told that the answers had already been drafted and only needed to be reviewed before being sent. However, I still did not receive a response. After several more follow-ups, a staff member suggested that I seek a second opinion elsewhere while continuing to wait for the doctor’s reply. I found this response disappointing, especially because I had been prepared to finalize my treatment with this office once my questions were answered. As of August 2, more than two months after my original email, I have still not received answers to my questions. I understand that doctors are busy, but clear communication and realistic expectations are important, particularly when a patient is considering a significant and expensive treatment. The initial consultation was informative, but the lack of follow-up, repeated delays, and poor communication ultimately made me lose confidence in moving forward with this office.
