Dr. Amerson and Dr. Jones are the best around. Whether you were born with unfortunate teeth like muah or caught in a bar brawl, this is the place to get your grill fixed up! The ladies at Willow Bend Orthodontics - Ana, Marissa and Amerika were wonderful and so very kind. I'm a nervous Nelly when it comes to work on the teeth and they were top notch professionals! I had a positive experience during my initial complimentary consultation. The doctor explained my dental concerns, how treatment work, and what steps could be required. I felt comfortable with the consultation and was seriously considering moving forward with treatment. After going home and reviewing the treatment information, I had several follow-up questions. I contacted the office and asked whether I could schedule a brief follow-up visit. I was informed that an additional consultation would cost $150 for 15 minutes. Since I was not comfortable paying that amount just to clarify questions before committing to treatment, I asked whether there was another option. The staff advised me to email my questions and said the doctor would respond within one to two weeks. I emailed my detailed questions on May 26, including screenshots and highlighted areas for clarification. I followed up several times by email and called the office repeatedly over the following weeks. I was initially told that the doctor was busy. Later, I was told that the answers had already been drafted and only needed to be reviewed before being sent. However, I still did not receive a response. After several more follow-ups, a staff member suggested that I seek a second opinion elsewhere while continuing to wait for the doctor’s reply. I found this response disappointing, especially because I had been prepared to finalize my treatment with this office once my questions were answered. As of August 2, more than two months after my original email, I have still not received answers to my questions. I understand that doctors are busy, but clear communication and realistic expectations are important, particularly when a patient is considering a significant and expensive treatment. The initial consultation was informative, but the lack of follow-up, repeated delays, and poor communication ultimately made me lose confidence in moving forward with this office.

Not only are you a faith based company, but a grace-based company. I love and appreciate the outstanding customer service that I receive each and every time I visit Willowbend. I can honestly say it is an experience I have never had before. Everyone there is intentional, communicative, and knowledgeable, with such effective and efficient service. It is clear that each person on your team was chosen with discernment. Thank YOU ALL for truly reflecting the love of Christ to each individual you encounter. You truly are apart of a company that makes a difference and changes people’s lives. You treat us as individuals, not numbers. I have had the pleasure of meeting Tamara, America, Ana, Brenda, Breanna, Emily, Gabbi, Genesis, Meka, and Elizabeth. Although I haven’t had the privilege of meeting Stephanie, Trina, Marisa, Tori, Catherine, Stacey or Adara, I know from my personal experience and numerous visits that everyone that apart of the Willowbend family is far simply “staff” but they decide to take on the humble role of serving. I pray that God will continue to have blessings and favor over this company. I am inspired by you and I will remember how you’ve treated me. If The Lord allows me to start my own company, I will implement what I’ve learned here. People may forget your name, what you look like, what you say, etc. but they never forget how you made them feel. Thank you Willowbend, for being a shining light in a dim world, for being set apart, and for being used by God. The Lord sees each of you. I have the privilege of doing so too.

Everyone at Willow Bend Orthodontics is fantastic. I want to single out Marisa who attached the anchor points for my Invisalign treatment. They stayed on throughout the entire time I was wearing the Invisalign trays. She is a consummate professional.

I had completed a minor Invisalign set with another orthodontist but required a final "refinement" tray. Looking forward to completing the project and hoping to switch to a new orthodontist moving forward I called this location. Greeted kindly, I was told this location did take Invisalign transfers but I would have to agree to their billing terms (which I did) and submit paperwork to transfer my treatment/case from my previous ortho. I noted I did not want to notify/cut ties with my previous orthodontist unless I was sure I could receive service - I was indeed assured they would be able to help me. After providing all the transfer documents, this place went silent for a week. The second week I emailed and asked if I could help somehow and was told the orthodontist was out that week. The following week the orthodontist was "reviewing my case". The next week the orthodontist was "making a decision" and then just shy of a month from reaching out I received a letter noting that after reviewing my information, I was being refused service. I don't know what caused this decision, but I was never seen or consulted. I also confirmed they never received my case details so I can only guess this decision was due to a prejudice of some kind. Because I was forced to transfer my case but it was not taken, I was left in an awful position. They clearly didn't care. Luckily, my dentist stepped in and is trying another transfer from my original ortho. He noted my need is outrageously simple and didn't understand why I would have been turned away. While I have no problem with a business rejecting a patient, this one strung me along and jeopardized my progress / entire situation unnecessarily. Beyond the unclear rejection, it's apparent some processes need work here and this practice doesn't have their act together. My treatment would be complete by now if I had never reached out to Willow Bend Orthodontics / Tamara Jones.
