Dr Jones and her entire staff are amazing! I started my orthodontic journey late into my 60’s and I am so grateful for Dr Jones. She talked me through the process and encouraged me the entire way. And her staff made me comfortable every visit. I am so glad I took this journey. My teeth were a jumbled mess my entire life. Not so anymore. They are straight and healthy, which is very important to me. I highly recommend Richardson Orthodontics no matter what stage you may be in with your dental health.

I had a great experience at Willowbend Orthodontists when I took my daughter in to have her expander removed. As a parent it’s great to hear your child express joy at going to a doctor. She simply loved it. The orthodontist and her assistant were very nice and explained everything that they were doing very well. I liked the office layout, it was decorated well. I will go back in future for other treatments.

First experience was the best impression ever! Wasn’t sure where to go so I was early. While waiting in the lobby I heard the workers praying not just for themselves but others. It was their beginning of the day meeting. Have you ever heard a doctor pray over you with their staff? Everyone I worked with from the front desk to Gabby to the xray tech to the doctor… all smiles.. all positive energy… all very thoughtful and professional. My name was written on the board outside the office to welcome me. I love this office! Reasonably priced as well.

De. Tamara Jones has helped my daughter since 5th grade. She is now in 8th grade and her teeth are beautiful. Dr. Tamara Jones has been honest and conservative with her treatment plan which was the first reason that attracted me to their service. Once we started treatment, her level of care, detail and professionalism are simply the best. I have no better woe to describe how great she is. Additionally, all her assistants and front desk employees are very respectful, professional, caring and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Tamara Jones

A special shoutout to the assistant Marisa she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always made sure I understood everything. She really made a difference in my experience.
