Tried reaching out for an emergency visit. Spoke to their chat agent and was provided with a different phone number than what is generally shown. Called 3x. The first time, it rang a few times and then disconnected. I thought the call failed, so I called again. Rang a few more times than the first time. This time, you can hear the person answer the phone and intentionally hit the button to disconnect the call. The third time I called, they answered and muted themselves. I let them know I just needed an emergency visit. Still mute. Unprofessional and at that point, wouldn't want to be seen by someone who handles potential patients like that.

North Texas Orthodontics Associates is fantastic! The staff is friendly, the office is welcoming, and the Doctors are great at explaining everything in a way that’s easy to understand. My appointments are always on time, and they’re very flexible with scheduling. Best of all, my smile looks amazing! Highly recommend if you want top-notch orthodontic care with a personal touch!

Dr. William Walstadt and his team are truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, the staff is courteous, prompt, and accommodating. The office itself is warm and inviting, always smells fresh, and the music playlist? Spot on! The surgery room is immaculately clean, well-organized, and staffed with highly skilled dental assistants who move in perfect sync with Dr. Walstadt — it’s like watching a well-choreographed routine. The entire team is incredibly impressive! Dr. Walstadt has outstanding chairside manner. He’s confident, intelligent, and clearly knows his craft. He enters the room with great energy, ready to get to work — and then, thanks to IV sedation (which includes hydration, by the way), the next thing you know, you’re being gently walked out the door. I genuinely believe the IV hydration is a game-changer for post-surgery recovery. I will never go anywhere else for oral surgery or implants. He’s simply the best — and I trust him so much, he’ll soon be seeing my 12-year-old granddaughter for her impacted laterals!

Has been a great experience and journey with my daughter’s braces. Both of my daughters went to Sr Cophenhaver and both are now braces free! Beautiful smiles!

We've been a patient for 4 years. We did round one and now we are onto round two. Love this office and the staff. So nice and welcoming. They always treat my son really nicely. Dr. Schechter is awesome. They are also really good about getting in the same day for a loose wire or something. They provide you with a treatment plan on your first visit which is great. We've just had a fantastic experience with this office.
