All Day Smiles Dental

All Day Smiles dental made the entire experience easy and good. This was my teenager first dental appointment and the doctor and her assistant were very thorough, calm and patient throughout the entire process. Booking the appointment was a breeze and the front desk was very helpful.

Best dental cleaning I’ve ever had! Mary is a queen and magical at cleaning teeth. Front desk lady is a gem and made me feel like I was family. Dentist was so sweet and made me feel at ease. I would give All Day Smiles in Plano a 10 star if I could.

The experience was extremely good! Nic, the lady cleaning my teeth was very good. The doc was straight up and didn’t try to sell me anything. Overall very good experience. I will definitely be going back in 6 months.

Awesome staff and clinic. Everyone’s friendly which makes the experience so much more pleasant. They do not make up problems that aren’t there and are honest and quick. They care about your comfort and are very empathetic. Loved my experience here!

I had a consultation here and the doctor was pleasant, but unfortunately the front desk experience was very disappointing. After my consultation, I was told the only thing pending was verifying my insurance so I could receive my estimate. I provided my insurance information, waited in the office for quite a while, and was eventually told they would call me the next day once it was verified. The next day I still didn’t receive a call, so I had to follow up myself. I was told they would call me back shortly after contacting my insurance, but that call never came. At that point it had been multiple days and several follow-ups just to receive a simple estimate that should normally take minutes to verify. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but the lack of organization and follow-through from the front desk made the experience frustrating. First impressions matter, especially for new patients considering treatment, and unfortunately the communication and customer service did not reflect that.
