James Dean Jensen DDS, MS, PA

Dr. Jensen has been the orthodontist for both of our teenage boys. His staff is friendly, helpful and kind. His treatment plans are thorough and both of my boys were out of their braces sooner than expected. He is so easy to work with and the staff is very accommodating when it comes to making appointments. Dr. Jensen even came in to the office on an emergency basis for my son who had broken a spring in his appliance. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about about Dr. Jensen or his staff. I highly recommend him often to my friends. Having two office locations is definitely a bonus.

Dr. Jensen is a wonderful orthodontist. I would recommend him to anyone. His whole team is amazing. They made us feel welcome, gave us options for treatment, worked with us on a payment plan, they have two offices to make it more convenient to get appointments, and welcomed us into the family. They do it all right!! I love the smile they gave my daughter!!

Dr. Jensen's office is awesome. The staff is always very nice and friendly. They explain everything to me before starting to work. I love my smile after braces and I didn't have to get any teeth pulled! They were understanding when I told them I lost my retainer the very day I got it. I'm so glad my dentist recommended Dr. Jensen!

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Dr. Jensen and his team. Ultimately I am not completely happy with my results, but I am giving three stars because he took responsibility and apologized for dropping the ball. He also tried to make it right by offering an additional corrective treatment and high-quality, expensive retainers free of charge. I accepted the retainers but did not accept a third round of treatment because I was unwilling to be in any more pain and discomfort, given that my Invisalign process started in August 2021, and I just finished the second round of treatment in April 2023. I still have another four months of constant retainer use, making what was supposed to be a maximum of 10 months of treatment into a two-year-long ordeal. Again, I appreciated the very genuine apology I got, and I’m very happy with the retainers. Still, I am disappointed with my experience and results and couldn’t in good conscience send any of my family or friends to him. My takeaway is that he is a good doctor with too many patients.

Dr Jensen is a great orthodontist. Our experience with him and his staff for my son's orthodentic work has been excellent. It was process that took 3years and we couldn't be happier with the results. We came to Dr Jensen as a second opinion and was able to recognize and recommend the treatment better.
