I have mixed feelings about my experience with Dr. Jensen and his team. Ultimately I am not completely happy with my results, but I am giving three stars because he took responsibility and apologized for dropping the ball. He also tried to make it right by offering an additional corrective treatment and high-quality, expensive retainers free of charge. I accepted the retainers but did not accept a third round of treatment because I was unwilling to be in any more pain and discomfort, given that my Invisalign process started in August 2021, and I just finished the second round of treatment in April 2023. I still have another four months of constant retainer use, making what was supposed to be a maximum of 10 months of treatment into a two-year-long ordeal. Again, I appreciated the very genuine apology I got, and I’m very happy with the retainers. Still, I am disappointed with my experience and results and couldn’t in good conscience send any of my family or friends to him. My takeaway is that he is a good doctor with too many patients.

Dr Jensen and his office staff have been fantastic. I have been seeing them for four years and stayed at this office even after I moved because they were so well respected by the other orthodontists I saw.They are always considerate and responsive, and give each patient personal attention.

Very convenient in having two separate locations! I don't have any complaints regarding teeth results and the prices are reasonable. On a side note, they have a nicely furnished waiting room (with free chapstick, might I add) and a helpful staff. Would recommend going here if you or your children require braces!

Dr.Jensen and his entire staff have been phenomenal through my orthodontic journey. I am a surgical case and they have been great working with my surgeon and his office! I finally have the bite and smile I have always dreamed of! Highly recommend.

After spending 11 years of my life working on getting my teeth to where I wanted them to be, Dr. Jensen was the main one who helped me achieve that. Not only is it great working with him, but his entire staff is so friendly and they do their jobs with a smile. It's been a pleasure going to Dr. Jensen.
