Bliss Dental and Orthodontics - Lubbock

I recently moved to Lubbock from New Jersey and chose Bliss Dental and Orthodontics as a new patient. I had a great experience with Dr. Edwin Peralta. He has an excellent bedside manner and took the time to walk me through my X-rays and clearly explain the entire process, which made me feel informed and comfortable. Maria, the dental assistant, Aria, and really all of the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the visit feel welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Peralta even thanked me for being a new patient, which I really appreciated. As someone new to the area, it was reassuring to find an office I feel confident about. I’m very glad I chose this practice.

I had called for a New client appointment for a cleaning. They scheduled me right away. They messaged me to call to confirm my appointment the following day and When i called they hung up on me & sent me a text to confirm the appointment! I tried doing that as well, but couldnt. So I called again this time to cancel my appointment because all of this was totally unnecessary business practices! Very frustrating and they never would answer! I called 3 mire times and the 4th call went through only to leave a message, so I let them know I was cancelling my appointment! Very bad business!!

I was quoted 4,000$ at a different dentist with insurance, I have blu cross blue shield. Went to bliss dental they got me in, X-rays, exam in under an hour. Paid 254 for two wisdom teeth extractions and two cavity fills. Dr.Peralta was quick but attentive. Took 15 minutes for my two extractions. His team was supportive and reassuring to my anxiety for the extractions. Got there at 3:00 and left and 4:30 in time to pick up my kids. I can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks for my cavity fills. Also got to keep my wisdom teeth funnily enough.
