From beginning to end;1000% professional;painless and perfect…They met my emergency needs and now I’m booked for the full mouth experience in a few weeks…The staff was amazing and let me be my usual”chatty Kathy” with my favorite John Denver music pumped in…A nice stream screen of Europe added the right touch…Dr. Reid…was soo nice;funny as heck and before I knew it?procedure was over and I was no longer a”bridge over troubled Wharton ducts waters “…Thank you …can’t wait for my return visit…And the decor?Better homes and dental office gardens…for sure…Bright;airy;immaculate reception area;rooms gorgeous and the art work…I liked it so much I took photos and gave the mural a name…State of the art equipment…and everyone as sweet as Apple pie on a cool Autumn morn…10 stars and no?I’m not related to anyone…just a pure serendipity first time patient…PS…a few weeks later?I just had my first cleaning with “ Javi” an excellent;exceptional Dental Hygienist …Super nice;friendly and 0.0 pain…Then exam by my new;favorite Dentist…Dr Reid…who?like Javi; also happens to be bi lingual so I got to practice my “cuban” Spanish….highly highly recommend;also loved the fall season decor…

The Smile Doc office and everyone who works there are exceptional. Extremely nice and knowledgeable and keep you updated on what’s going on. Very truthful and helpful. Cathy is a great hygienist as well the front desk Nicole and Melonie. Arron was also a gr help as well. Dr. Reid himself is soo nice and real. No bs here unlike where I have been. I would highly recommend this office and look forward in six months to get to see them again. I trust them whole heartedly 😁

Sharing my experience with Dr Reid and his office. I put off having a crown put on my tooth for a year due to the anxiety of it all. I found Smile Doc, which is conveniently close to home, and they've been amazing. I ended up having to have the tooth extracted due to waiting so long for a crown, but he didn't make me silly about it, just very understanding and they worked with me on a plan to overcome my dental anxiety. I felt comfortable, less nervous, and overall it was a really great expereince given the circumstances. I will be scheduling to come back and use them for my regular dentist appts.
