Smile Design Orthodontics

Over the last few years, I have had three children get their braces and orthodontic work at Smile Design with Dr. Rodriguez. It has been a great experience. The office staff is always very professional and friendly, and it is easy to get an appointment whenever you need one - be it for a broken wire or a lost retainer. They treat the kids very well and help you understand the whole process from start to finish and give you plenty of support along the way. All in all, great place to get your braces done.

I made my July appointment in March. I was clear about the importance of the date and time when I spoke to the receptionist. I received several text reminders and a request for confirmation of the appointment the day before. Nevertheless, the morning of the appointment, I received a text appointment that because of a scheduling conflict, I would have to reschedule for the following week. I most certainly did not:-( The dentist may be great. I don't know, but the office has made a poor first impression and lost a potential patient.

I initially went for a second opinion after another clinic gave me a very expensive plan without much explanation. Here, they broke everything down step by step and even suggested a more gradual approach. The difference in communication was huge. I felt like I was finally making an informed decision, not just accepting a package.

This was a complete waste of money for me. I was in braces to close gaps to find out at the end of my treatment wearing braces and Invisalign only to find out he couldn’t close the gaps due to the size of my teeth. This is something that should have been discussed prior to starting treatment and taking my money. I paid cash for correction but finished completely unhappy with results. However the staff is great.

I had an outstanding first experience with this office. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions throughout the consultation. Dr. Rodriguez was equally kind and genuinely enthusiastic. From our first interaction, it was clear he truly cares about each individual patient and takes great pride in his work. I will absolutely be recommending this office to colleagues, friends, and family. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his team for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.
