Abram Dental

My kids and I have been coming to this office for about 14 years now. Have always loved them up until about 2 years ago, their confirmation calls have lacked. Also, my daughter got invisalign and every time she needs new trays there is always an issue, either the trays are taking too long to be delivered to the office or they forget to call to let you know the trash have been delivered. My main issue is whoever is in charge of confirmation calls, other then that the office has been great!

I have been bringing myself and my children to both the Arlington and Fort Worth Abram Dental offices for years, so this review comes from long experience. The staff members—front desk, assistants, and the office manager—have always been wonderful. They are polite, respectful, and do everything they can to help with scheduling and payment plans. Unfortunately, their kindness can’t outweigh the ongoing problems created by the owner, Dr. Zamanian. Over the past year I’ve watched the practice change for the worse: frequent staff turnover, reduced office hours, higher costs, and last-minute cancellations that are always “at the doctor’s request.” The front desk team apologizes, but it’s clear these decisions come from the owner, not the staff. The office manager, in particular, tries hard to set up payment plans, yet she must wait for the doctor’s approval. This new management and staff have been so much more helpful than the last and they really try to work with you but this leaves her looking like she isn’t keeping promises when it’s really the doctor refusing to honor agreements. On my most recent visit I even saw another patient become upset and disrespect her because of this. I’ve also witnessed Dr. Zamanian speaking harshly to the dental assistants—who have been nothing but excellent with my children—which was upsetting to see. And when he personally told me he would complete a treatment and I asked to speak with him directly, my appointments were repeatedly canceled. That was the final straw. I truly appreciate the staff who have treated my family well for years, but I can no longer support a practice where the owner’s choices undermine both patients and employees. I hope the management issues are addressed for the sake of the great team that works there, but I will be taking my family’s dental care elsewhere.

The team at Abram Ortho is incredible! Madelayne at the front desk always greets you with a big smile and makes you feel welcome right away. She’s so organized, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make scheduling and check-in smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and genuinely kind—thank you for making every visit such a positive experience!

Madelyne is very bad for business, I don’t understand why do the doctors keep her on payroll, it’s ridiculous how she treats patients and speak to them. Please go somewhere else, don’t deal with the office manager she will degrade you on spot and promise things that are never fulfilled. Please find a new office manager and maybe I will bring my kids back. Other than that Dr. Reza is exceptional.
