Not exactly happy with the cancellation policy for my most recent policy. I understand you guys attempt to reach out for confirmation. I plan out my visit weeks in advance based on my schedule. Moved things around and the cancellation of my appointment happens 9 minutes before the scheduled time? At that point I’m already at your offices. If you’re gonna cancel an appointment don’t have people drive up and move things around to only cancel at the time of their appointment. I’ve always enjoyed my visits here but that policy doesn’t make sense at all.

I had my first visit today - The dentist was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. She took my tooth sensitivity seriously and gave some recommendations to help. My hygienist was very gentle and front office staff was responsive and nice.

Everyone is friendly and I loved my Ortho, Anisha, who I believe moved. But scheduling gets annoying. Their system would delete your appointment if you didn’t text back. Now they changed it to you have to CALL them to confirm or they delete your appointment. Very annoying. I came once for a crown and I need nitrogen for my anxiety and the machine wasn’t working. I came once to get new retainers and when I came to pick it up, they lost the new retainer! So I came back to do it again and when I returned to pick it up, they said the ortho staff are the only ones who know how to do it even though the dental assistant who helped me told me to just wait 20 minutes to pick up. Like — it’s just random annoyances that happen here so I’m going to look elsewhere. But the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
