I highly recommend Dr. Mark. I started my treatment at the age of 25 and just got my final results. Dr. Mark and his staff were all very patient and kind during all of my appointments. I ended up having a long treatment because I requested TADs in the middle of my treatment to fix my gummy smile. Overall, he was able to fix my overbite, narrow bite, and gummy smile. I cant recommend these guys enough, I'm super thankful to all of his staff for their kindness.

Dr was amazing! Finally got my braces off and everywhere I go people ask if they were veneers. My teeth were bad before, the staff is so sweet and cares how you feel before and after the treatment. Definitely recommend thank you so much!

We love MP Ortho. They are very good with my daughter. My daughter got her expander and was having a trouble time eating, we called and Dr. Mark wanted to see her before the Thanksgiving break. We went to the Plano location. When we walked in we were greeted by the sweet receptionist, she told us her name, Marcella then she checked to make sure my daughter wasn't having any issues. She told us to have a seat and they would be right with us. The crew was wonderful when we were called back. They took the time with my daughter, then Dr. Mark came and did a thorough check of the expander. The whole office was great from the moment you walked in till you walked out.

Dr. Padilla and his team delivers exceptional care. My daughter has been undergoing the treatment for two years, and today was a milestone, she walked out with a big smile after a long journey. The team guided us through every phase, explained each step in detail, and made the entire process transparent and comfortable. Marcella makes every visit smoother, she’s organized, and always one step ahead whether it’s scheduling, paperwork, or making sure my daughter feels at ease. Kaley is amazing! She always makes my son feel comfortable, and the whole office is so welcoming and kind. Any time he has a poking wire, they fit us in right away and take care of it. We really appreciate their professionalism and the warm atmosphere at every visit. We highly recommend Dr. Mark and his wonderful staff!
