We’ve had two kids go through two phases of braces at MP Orthodontics and we have been so happy with our experience! The entire office staff is always kind and welcoming, and Dr. Mark is knowledgeable, kind, and has a wonderful bedside manner. We still have one more child who will need braces, and we’ll definitely be bringing her here too!

Love this place! Staff is amazing and so accommodating and kind. Dr Mark is so skilled and always greets us with a smile! My kids never complain about going to the ortho:) extremely affordable and their smiles ARE PERFECT! He's a perfectionist and the results show for themselves, so so happy with this office!

Kaley is beyond amazing! If you suffer from any type of dental anxiety, she is the one to see! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Mark is very informative, gentle, patient and overall excellent at his craft! You will never be disappointed going here.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at MP Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making my kids feel right at home. Dr. Padilla is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and great at explaining the process in a way that kids can understand. We appreciated the thorough consultations and the personalized treatment plan tailored to my children's needs. Dr. Padilla took the time to explain every detail, patiently answering all of my questions—honestly, I had about 100! Both of their locations are clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made each visit efficient and comfortable. The froyo at the Plano location is a nice, yummy treat after visiting them. My daughter (11) is already seeing fantastic progress, and my son couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend MP Orthodontics to any parent looking for exceptional orthodontic care for their child!
