Dr. Benham was so much better before I was forced to see Dr. Flynn instead. Before, if I mentioned something about my braces hurting somewhere, Dr. Benham would actually give me a solid solution and he truly cared. With Dr. Flynn, I feel like even if I came in dying and bleeding, she’d still just tell me to use my rubber bands and braces wax properly (which doesn’t help the pain btw). Also, ironically enough, I realized I don’t really need braces. Their reasoning was that my teeth are harder to clean, but I’ve literally never had a cavity. So if I’m able to keep cleaning them, even with wonky teeth, then their reasoning isn’t valid. But it’s too late now, all I can do is take painkillers. And it’s taking longer than the initial 2 years they told me about. PLUS YOU HAVE TO WEAR RETAINERS FOR LIFE AFTER THEY’RE OFF. I will say though, the assistants are relatively nice. It’s just this place’s method of “helping” that tends to backfire. TL;DR - go to Benham instead if possible, beware of the retainers for life, and if you have a low pain tolerance like me…. good luck, soldier.

My older daughter had a great experience at this orthodontist office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The office itself is clean, modern, and runs efficiently. She achieved beautifully straight teeth in less than a year and a half. Because of this wonderful experience, I am now bringing my younger daughter in for treatment as well. Highly recommended!

Recently visited Frisco Star for our daughter’s consult. The staff was friendly, fast, and very helpful even when I needed to come in an earlier. Great waiting area.

Very clean and friendly office! We have two kids getting work done here and we feel the cost is very reasonable. Our kids are both very comfortable and having a good experience even though orthodontic work is not very fun. Also, the massage chair in the waiting room is a nice touch.

Had the best experience doing Invisalign with the Frisco Star ortho team! I moved away in the middle of my treatment, and everyone was very accommodating while I finished out treatment. Could not recommend enough!
