We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Neelu Prasad. She is highly skilled, professional, and incredibly precise in her work. She treated my daughter’s braces with great care, and my daughter never had any complaints. Dr. Prasad always took the time to explain the treatment, what to expect, and answered all of our questions. She offers various payment plans as per your convenience. Her staff is amazing as well. Her dedication, even following up after office hours when needed, really sets her apart. We’ve referred few friends to her and have now started our son’s braces journey with her as well. We highly recommend Dr. Prasad!

This review is after my son was treated by Dr Neelu Prasad Orthodontist at Frisco family Orthodontics. She was very patient with my son who had teeth alignment issues. She developed a customized plan for him and his teeth and bite has now been fixed. I highly recommend her. We appreciate her for the patience in waiting for the necessary space to develop and for the tooth to naturally come down. She demonstrated a commitment to the better longer time option and outcome rather than rushing through it.

Dr.Prasad, Mel and the rest of the staff were amazing! My whole braces experience went very smoothly and truly made my smile 100x better. Every time I came in for a checkup I was greeted with welcoming staff and they were always super attentive to any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommended!

The staff here is great! I have had braces twice with Dr Prasad and each time has been an easy process! The staff always made sure i had a good experience made me laugh.
