Everyone was so great. Devon, the hygienist Beth, and Dr Marshall took care of me. All of were so kind as well as professional, very competent, and efficient. They answered all of my questions and I’d feel lucky to continue my dental care with them.

All of the staff at this location are professional and friendly. I’ve had several dental emergencies arise and I am able to schedule an appointment quickly every time. Dr. Marshall explains procedures in an easily understandable manner and shows great patience when I am anxious. The staff value the physical and emotional comfort of their patients, which I am deeply grateful for! I always feel welcomed by the staff. Thank you for everything you do to help my dental health!

My family went to BLVD for a few years, the services and cleanings were fine. The billing department and transparency around treatments was the worst I have ever experienced. To the point where the team would notify us of additional charges at follow on appointments, but then be unwilling, or unable, to present a full breakdown of charges and services rendered. No response or follow ups provided after numerous phone calls and emails. We opted to move to a different provider.

Today was my 1st visit @ this dental office. I’ve always struggled with fear/anxiety concerning dental visits. I explained this via email. Upon arrival, I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies. They are total sweethearts & made me feel so welcomed. Kristine & Jacqui made me feel comfortable along with some great conversation. Dr Marshall is a gem!! She brought to my attention that I have been wearing temporary partials for approximately 15 + years!! My previous dentist never gave me the permanent ones & I had no knowledge. I got emotional knowing that this could have been resolved long ago. These temporary partials have been such a problem & completely uncomfortable 😣 for all these years. I truly believe this office cares & is going to help me get this pertinent matter resolved. The entire staff was so empathetic & compassionate towards my situation!! I appreciate y’all very much. Thank you ladies for being amazing humans 🥰🫶🏽

Dr. Blackburn and all of the staff made what could have been a very stressful situation into a very pleasant one! Everything was very clean and my treatment plan was easy to understand and executed seamlessly. Thank you again!
