I was a patient here about 11 years ago when Dr. Teng started here, perhaps even one of the fist group of patients. Life happened, got married and about 8 years after I was a patient, I brought my wife and she got her braces. Loved it. My daughter was even in the kid program and planned to get her braces when it was time. After 11 years I broke my permanent retainer. I will admit I was a little freaked out because I love my teeth and didn’t want them to shift. I called early Monday and explained I work out of town and wanted to see if I could get an appt asap on a Monday(not necessarily the same day as I called)I was offered 6 weeks out for an appt JUST to scan and another 4 weeks for the scan to come in. I explained when I got my retainer it took 5 min for them to mold and cement it. Long story short I am not waiting 10 weeks for an appt. I scheduled an appt with another local orthodontist that will do it the way my old one was. Very disappointed in all of this. By the time the spot would gone around I’ll be needing braces again. (Half joke but serious as only after 6 days, 2 teeth are moving).

I had a very pleasant experience working with Dr. Teng and his team at JT Orthodontics. I can happily say that I love my smile , him and his team took the time and patience to answer all my questions. They made me feel very confident with the whole dental process. I would definitely recomend JT Orthodontics to anyone who is thinking of getting an Orthodontic job/procedure. Thank you JT Orthodontics.

Wanted to leave a review on how great a job Mariah did. Very professional & knowledgeable about my treatment. She guided me step by step on what I should expect for the next 20 months. After my experience here I would suggest getting Invisalign as Dr Teng is still not as competent with metal braces, as previously stated in another review. I went in for a concern for which I was only able to speak to the same old lady who prints the contract papers. She then heavily denied my concern, going as far as yelling at me, stating that I was incorrect. Facing the lack of professionalism from her, I insisted on speaking to the orthodontist. After a long wait to be seen, he immediately acknowledged it upon inspection. Even my dog knows when not to make a ruckus, so if Dr Teng needs a suggestion for training his employee, do leave a response as I know an excellent dog academy that can help. The young ladies who took care of me during my appointments were lovely and professional at least.
