Dr.Ortega and his team (particularly Rebekah) are fantastic! My son has had a wonderful experience with his orthodontic treatment thanks to their knowledgeable, supportive and attentive care. They are so kind and helpful- every appointment is a pleasure!

I have taken all three of my children to Dr. Ortega. He is the kind of doctor that actually cares and gets to know his patients. I went in for my son’s appointment and mentioned I had headaches and pain in my cheek radiating upwards for a few years. It was affecting my quality of life. He told me to come in and that he could do something to help that did not involve braces. After my appointment with him, I was pain free. It’s been five years and I still thank him when I take my third child in for her appointments.

I could not recommend White Rock Orthodontics enough!! I have had pretty much every treatment they offer put on my teeth, and they have transformed both my smile and confidence. To parents looking for orthodontics that willingly accommodate their disabled kiddos, look no further than WRC. Both myself, a visually impaired teen, and my younger sister, who is on the spectrum, have had the BEST experience with this ever-patient, kind, innovative team of individuals. (Not to mention our other two neurotypical and able-bodied sister and brother’s experiences, which have been equally amazing!) I have been through rounds and rounds of spacers, expanders, headgear, braces, Invisalign, and permanent and temporary retainers over the past decade, and most recently, WRC has helped me keep track of my Invisalign - a recurring problem for me, as I struggle to see the clear retainers - by introducing me to tooth gems, which we place on my retainers to help me keep track of them. So far, I’m multiple trays through, and know where each of them are! (A big deal for me 😉) Beyond their orthodontic work, the staff is truly interested in your kiddo and your family, and truly they feel like our second family at this point. The atmosphere is SO welcoming and all you just feel safe when you walk in. I really cannot recommend WRC highly enough, and am truly SO grateful for all they have done for myself and my family.
