We've been going to White Rock Ortho for almost a decade. Dr. Ortega, Hellen, and everyone at WRO are incredibly warm and welcoming. They make my kids feel very comfortable. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and communication is easy and accessible. An added bonus for me is that there is hardly any turnover, so the service is very consistent, and the staff must be happy working there, which is not something I see in other doctors' offices. It definitely makes my kids feel more relaxed knowing they will always see a familiar face.

I have had 2 children undergo treatment at white rock and we could not be more pleased. My son‘s treatment ended two years ago and his maintenance has worked out beautifully. My daughter‘s treatment started two weeks ago and it is also starting to make important adjustments. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
