We had such a wonderful experience at White Rock Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Kimberly, the treatment coordinator, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she immediately helped both us and our daughter feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Ortega was equally impressive — not only was he honest and thorough in explaining his diagnosis, but he also took the time to connect with our daughter by asking about her pets and interests before starting the exam. That small gesture meant so much and really helped calm her nerves. It’s rare to find a practice that combines professionalism with such warmth and personal attention. We’re very grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend White Rock Orthodontics to any family looking for an orthodontist they can trust.

My first time as an adult to get braces and Dr. Ortega and his team has made it such an amazing and efficient experience! His entire staff are very kind and knowledgeable - especially when you have tons of questions and concerns (like me). They took such good care of me during each visit. Office is clean, cheery, and welcoming. While this is not applicable for all patients, I was able to remove my braces early and I think a large part of that has to do with the care and attention Dr. Ortega has shown with getting the results I wanted. Definitely would recommend!

I absolutely love Dr. Ortega and his entire staff! They are always wonderful, kind, and incredibly accommodating to our busy schedules. Dr. Ortega truly goes above and beyond — not just for his patients, but for the community as well. He is very generous and even donates to local schools, including supporting Wallace Elementary’s 5th grade Sky Ranch trip. I like him so much that even when our insurance changed and he became out of network, I couldn’t imagine switching orthodontists. That says everything about the level of care and trust he provides. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend White Rock Orthodontics to anyone ! Dr. Ortega and his entire staff (from the front desk to the assistants) are so friendly and welcoming. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within 24hrs of the date I called and all other appointments were super prompt and timely. I truly felt like I was remembered and not just another face passing through. If you’re looking for a private practice orthodontist this might be the one for you !

Both of my kids have gotten braces from White Rock Orthodontics. Everyone who works there is so kind and the appointments are always on time, which I appreciate. The office itself is very nice as well. But what truly sets them apart is their staff - they are truly the best. One example of how caring and amazing the staff is… My 10 year old daughter had to get a Herbst appliance, which I’d never heard of. On Christmas Day, she put a bunch of skittles in her mouth and the Herbst popped off her bottom back tooth. She was in a lot of pain. I called the main number and they were able to get a hold of someone who was willing to meet us at the office to fix it. On Christmas Day!!! Sure enough, Rebecka met us at the office with her kids and was able to take care of it in about 5 minutes. She gave up some of her Christmas to help out a patient who was truly in pain. Rebecka is truly amazing. It was so incredible of her and shows how much that office truly values their patients. It can be hard to find a place that actually cares about their patients and I can assure you that White Rock Orthodontics is the best. I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone.
