My permanent retainer came loose while I was brushing my teeth. After calling several offices around Dallas that wouldn’t repair a retainer they hadn’t placed, Ellis Orthodontics got me in the same day and genuinely helped. Rather than pushing a replacement, they removed the retainer and re-glued it. I really appreciated their quick response and professionalism.

I had my first visit with Dr. Christine Ellis and her team for what started as an emergency appointment—a loose permanent retainer that needed immediate attention. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional environment. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and efficient, setting the tone for a smooth experience. I didn’t feel like just another patient on the schedule—they genuinely cared. Dr. Ellis herself was fantastic. Not only did she fix my retainer with ease and precision, but she was also incredibly courteous and attentive throughout. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients' comfort and satisfaction. I even appreciated the thoughtful touch of offering lip balm after treatment—something small, but it made a big difference. Although this was an urgent visit, it won’t be my last. We love Ellis Orthodontics and the whole staff! My daughter went to Dr Ellis when she needed braces. Dr Ellis was so sweet and knowledgeable and put my daughter at ease when she was nervous . Today, my daughter got her braces off and her teeth look amazing. We are definitely going back to Dr Ellis for my little one when it’s time for her braces. Highly recommend!

All 3 of my kids have been to Ellis Orthodontics and my 3rd and final “braces off” day was today! Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Ellis, Brooks, and the entire staff. They are always on time, friendly, and available for any issues/emergencies when they arise. Bonus… my kids get compliments on their straight teeth all the time!
